However, in the construction of the above-mentioned conventional cloth foundation, since various processes as described above are inevitably required, the work man-hours are inevitably increased, and moreover, it is necessary to wait for the concrete to harden. Since there is a problem that the construction period becomes long because it has to be transferred to the process of (3), and many molds (c), (c), (e), (e) are required, it is necessary to move to the site of the molds. A lot of manpower is required for assembling such as loading and unloading, and moreover, it is troublesome to assemble the formwork at the place where it is bent at a right angle or where it is connected to the T-shape. A great deal of time and labor are spent on it, which is also a cause of skyrocketing construction costs.

In view of this, the present invention abolishes the use of a formwork dedicated to the construction of the foundation, enables the construction period of the foundation construction work to be greatly shortened, and shortens the entire construction period, thereby contributing to the reduction of the construction cost. The purpose is to provide the basic structure of the building that can be done.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is directed to a pair of rectangular plate-shaped concrete panels, which are installed on the ground where a foundation is to be constructed, and whose lower end engages with the upper surface. And a concrete base plate having an engaging portion for positioning to determine the panel interval, and the panel is installed and fixed at a fixed interval on the base plate installed horizontally on the ground, and the concrete is fixed between the panels. The base plate and the panel are integrally formed by casting to form a foundation, and the base plate has leg pieces on both sides in the longitudinal direction so as to form a space on the lower surface side and the panel interval. A window hole for leading out the poured concrete to the lower surface side of the base plate on the upper surface of the portion corresponding to A metal fitting having a substantially C-shaped groove is embedded in a portion corresponding to each other and a joint portion of the panel and the base plate, and a connecting portion for driving and connecting a wedge member having an H-shaped cross section to the metal fitting is provided. ,
An anchor bolt block sandwiched between the panels facing each other and having anchor bolts for mounting a base projecting from the upper ends thereof, and a required number of anchor members embedded in the cast concrete on the opposite side surfaces of the panels. The protrusions are defined as claims 2 to 5, respectively.

As described above, according to the present invention, a base plate is installed on the ground on which a foundation is to be constructed, and a pair of panels are fixed on the base plate at fixed intervals, and then concrete is poured between the panels. Since the foundation is formed only by hardening, it is unnecessary to assemble the formwork with bolts, remove the formwork after hardening the concrete, and finish the surface as in the past. The cost is remarkably reduced, the construction period is significantly shortened, and the construction can be performed at low cost at an early stage, which can greatly contribute to the reduction of the construction cost.

Since the panel and the base plate are individually lightweight, they can be easily transported to the site and can be constructed without any special technique, and the foundation can be surely constructed.

According to the second aspect, the base plate and the aggregate are all integrated by the concrete cast between the panels to form an extremely strong foundation.
Further, according to the connecting portion structure of the third aspect, the panels can be connected to each other and the panel and the base plate can be connected only by driving the wedge member, so that a strong connection can be achieved without using any bolts. If claim 4 is added, not only does the work of burying the anchor bolt for connection with the base each time unnecessary, but the installation position of the anchor bolt can be made accurate, and the anchor bolt bends to align with the mounting hole of the base. There is no inconvenience such as loss of sex.
If claim 5 is added, the cast concrete and the panel can be integrally connected, and a more solid foundation can be obtained.
