“Prior Art” In the first settling tank where sewage first passes, scum (floating residue, floating red) is generated on the water surface due to oil and protein contained in the sewage, or fine dust. The scum floating on the sedimentation pond must be removed cleanly as soon as possible.
The clear water cannot be drained smoothly, which causes deterioration of water quality. Therefore, a scum removing device called a scum schema is installed in front of the overflow (a convenient location for removing scum) to remove it, but since it cannot be completely collected, it overflows. It eventually flows into the final settling basin downstream. In the final settling tank, it is necessary to remove the mixed scum again, but if the collection of scum is left to the natural flow (flow velocity set by the facility),
Hanahada is not very efficient and can only be expected to be effective when used in small amounts.

Therefore, in order to efficiently operate the facility, a method of forcibly collecting scum is generally adopted. That is, in the case of a rectangular settling tank, a method of scraping up to the scum removing device using the return side of the flight of the sludge scraper is used (see FIGS. 5 and 6). However, with this method, it is not possible to respond appropriately to fluctuations in the amount of scum and water level, and since the width of the flight is regulated by the width of the pond bottom, etc., the area where scum can be collected is limited. Therefore, the actual situation is that the scum is not collected sufficiently.

Therefore, parallel rails were laid on both sides of the rectangular sedimentation basin, a two-wheeled trolley was supported on each rail, connected by connecting frames, and a scum-flighting flight was provided on the frame to be adjustable up and down. However, it could not be operated smoothly due to the unevenness of the rail or the meandering.

"Means for solving the problems" In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present plan lays rails parallel to both edges of the sedimentation basin, arranges two-wheel bogies on one rail and one-wheel bogies on the other rail. The two-wheeled trolleys are provided with side rollers guided to both sides of the front and rear wheels on both sides of the front and rear wheels, respectively. Is provided with a drive device for driving the lifting means of the vehicle to move up and down, the lower ends of the plurality of lifting means are connected by a scum approaching flight, and the outer peripheral surface of the wheel of the one-wheel bogie has an equal diameter in the axial direction. The scum scraper connecting rod, which is a surface, is constituted by the scum scraper described in the above invention, which is formed by a pipe.

"Operation" Therefore, when the traveling frame 7 is caused to travel along the rails 3 and 3, the front and rear wheels 8 and 9 of the two-wheeled vehicle 4 are side rollers 10, 10 and 11, 11 respectively.
The vehicle runs on one of the rails 3 and the wheels 5'of the one-wheel bogie 5
Is in contact with the other rail 3 and the traveling frame 7 is supported at three points irrespective of the undulations or irregularities of the rails 3 and 3, and the wheels 5'of the one-wheel bogie 5 are railed even when the rails 3 and 3 meander. The traveling frame 7 can travel stably by sliding to the left and right of the vehicle 3 and traveling. Then, by driving the driving device, a plurality of lifting means are simultaneously moved up and down to move the scum flight 17
Are placed above and below the water surface 18, and the traveling frame 7 allows the water surface to move.
The scum 19 on 18 is scraped to the scum schema 20 in the direction of arrow a, and this is excluded from the schema 20 out of the system. After that, by rotating the drive device in the reverse direction, the elevating means and the flight 17 are raised above the water surface 18 to move the traveling frame 7 to the arrow a.
It moves to the original position in the opposite direction to and repeats this.

[Example] Edges 2 that project in opposite directions are provided on both banks of the existing final settling tank 1 in the flow direction (arrow a). Rails 3 and 3 parallel to each other are laid on the upper surfaces of the edges 2 and 2. A two-wheel truck 4 having front and rear wheels 8 and 9 is arranged on one rail 3, and side rollers 10, 10 and 11, 11 guided to both sides of the rail 3 are provided on both sides of the front and rear wheels 8 and 9, respectively. The other rail 3 supports a wheel 5'of a single-wheeled carriage 5, and the outer peripheral surface of the wheel 5'is an isometric surface in the axial direction and is slidable on the rail 3 left and right. It is possible to travel on the rail 3 without affecting the meandering. Connecting rod 6 to these trolleys 4 and 5
The three-wheel traveling frame 7 is formed by erection. The two-wheeled vehicle 4 is provided with a forward / reverse motor 21 for driving wheels, and a drive sprocket 22 provided on the output shaft of the motor 21 and a driven sprocket 23 provided on the front wheel shaft are connected by a chain 24. It can run forward and backward. As shown in FIG. 1, a square pipe made of a lightweight material is used as the connecting rod 6, but the connecting rod 6 may be made of a single round pipe or a shaped steel material. A plurality of upright cylinders 12 are fixedly provided on the connecting rod 6 at equal intervals, and elevating racks 13 are slidably fitted to the upright cylinders 12, and pinions 14 are meshed with the racks 13. Here, the upright cylinder 12, the elevating rack 13, the pinion 14 and the like constitute elevating means. The pinion 14 is connected to a common drive shaft 15 pivotally supported by the connecting rod 6 by means of sprockets 25, 26 and a chain 27, and one end of the drive shaft 15 is driven in forward and reverse directions as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3. A motor 16 (deceleration brake motor) is connected via a sprocket and a chain to rotate the drive shaft 15 in the forward and reverse directions, whereby the elevating rack 13 can be moved up and down. Here, the sprocket 25, the common drive shaft 15, the forward / reverse rotation motor 16 and the like constitute a drive device. As for the upper limit and lower limit, the limit switch 28 operated by the rack 13 opens the circuit of the motor 16 and the brake of the motor 16 is actuated to maintain its position (the upper limit position and the lower limit position). A plurality of lifting racks 13 thus constructed are provided with hanging rods 13 'at their lower ends, and the lower ends of the hanging rods 13' are connected to each other by a scum approaching flight 17. The reference numeral 28 'in the figure indicates a truss provided between the connecting rods 6, 6, 29
Is a machine casing above the upright cylinder 12, and 30 is a covering cylinder of the rack 13.
