Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a control system of the device simpler and to facilitate maintenance and inspection as well as to enable stable operation of the device for a long time by making simultaneous scraping-up of sludge and scum possible by only allowing a travelling frame to run along a track-shaped settling basin in one direction.
