転により走行し原稿3を搬送するようになっている。こ
の紙送りベルト6は、原稿3を搬送するために摩擦力を
必要とし、また原稿3の排出のために原稿離れ性を必要
とする。そして、上記紙送りベルト6の形成材料として
は、従来から、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム(以
下「EPDM」と略す)と、エピクロルヒドリン−エチ
レンオキサイド−アリルグリシジルエーテルの三元共重
合体(以下「ECO」と略す)とを主成分とするゴム組
成物が用いられている。
