金属製の回転シャフト3の一端に固定フランジ3aを設け
ておき、この回転シャフト3には複数個のセラミック円
板2が挿通してある。この場合、セラミック円板2と他
方のセラミック円板2が噛合う隣のセラミック円板2の
間には該セラミック円板2の厚さより小径で肉薄のセラ
ミック板金属板プラスチック板などで作られたスペーサ
リング4を必要に応じて介在させてもよいが、このスペ
ーサリング4の代わりに回転シャフト3と連結されてい
ない、すなわち該回転シャフト3の回転と無関係に、か
つ上部にガイド部5aを一体形成したガイド部材5をセラ
ミック円板2の間にそれぞれ配しておくことにより、こ
れらガイド部材5が複数個整列した状態にて上方から投
入した紙の如き被切断物体を首尾よく切断作動部に導く
ことができる。このような刃部材であるセラミック円板
2は、回転シャフト3と共に回転すべく、中央にあけた
回転シャフト3の挿通孔2aに回り止め2bを形成したり、
あるいはセラミック円板2の挿通される部位の回転シャ
フト3の断面形状を方形状や楕円形などとし、これに合
った挿通孔2aをセラミック円板2に形成しておき挿通せ
しめることによって、セラミック円板2を回転シャフト
3の軸方向に自由に移動させることができる。この結
果、相対する切刃ロール1の各セラミック円板2と交互
に噛合せた状態にて容易に組付けることができる。
