【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は建設用挟持運搬具(以下、運搬具と略す)に関し、特に道路施工用コ ンクリート製品の運搬施工を行う場合に用いて好適なものである。 (従来の技術) 従来この種の運搬具としては、第6図に示す様な、一対のアームを交差軸承さ せ、アーム長手方向に連続した複数個の係合孔のうち所要のものに組合せ使用す るものが知られている。 使用方法は極めて簡単で、運搬物(8)の両側に挟持片(2)を位置させ続い てハンドル(1)を通常2人で持ち上げることにより挟持片の距離L1が狭まり 、運搬物を挟み持ち上げることができる。 (考案が解決しようとする課題) 従来の技術に於いては、運搬物の長さのばらつきにより、挟持が不十分で簡単 に外れてしまうという問題点を有していた。 又、運搬着脱作業は1人で運搬具を着作業位置まで運んでから、2人で挟持作 業を行い運搬物を離脱させ再び1人で着作業位置に戻る作業が繰り返し行われる が、軸承されたアームの開き角度が限定されていない為着脱作業時に挟持片が必 要以上の動きをし、作業が面倒であるという問題点を有していた。 又、作業者の体格、特に身長差及び作業姿勢の違いから直線的なハンドルでは 作業負担に偏りが発生し易く、作業環境が高低差のある高い位置から低い位置へ の運搬の様に上げ下ろしの差が大きい運搬を必要とする場合にも同様の問題点を 有している。 本考案は従来の技術の有するこの様な問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、そ の目的とするところは、運搬物を簡単な作業により外れにくく確実に挟持できる とともに、着脱作業時の省力化、運搬時の作業負担の少ない建設用運搬具を提供 しようとするものである。 (課題を解決するための手段) 上記目的を達成するために本考案における運搬具は、一端上向きにハンドル( 1)、他端下向きに挟持片(2)を設けたアーム(3)を一対に交差軸承した運 搬具であって該アームの長手方向に挟持片を移動させる案内(4)を介し、対向 する挟持片の距離L1を調整可能にするため挟持片の位置決めをする螺子送り装 置(5)を設けたことを特徴としている。そして、着脱作業時に挟持片が無駄な 動きをしない様に、軸承されたアームの開き角度θ1が最大の状態で運搬物を離 脱させ、そのまま再び着作業位置に戻るための、アーム開き角度抑止部(6)と 移動用把手(7)を設けることが好ましい。 又、ハンドル(1)の形状は作業者の身長差及び作業姿勢の違いから発生する 作業負担の補正と高低差のある運搬を、容易にするためにハンドルの握り位置を 上下に作業者が適時選択できる様な略環状とすることが好ましい。 (作用) 運搬具は、その運搬物の上に両側面を挟持片により抱えこむ形に位置される。 なお挟持片間の距離は、作業前に螺子送り装置により調整される。そしてハンド ルを引き上げることにより運搬物を挟持片が確実に挟み込み、更に引き上げると 運搬物は持ち上げられる。次に、移動用把手を引き上げることにより当該アーム に連結する挟持片に外側へ開く力が作用し挟持片は運搬物から離れ、更に移動用 把手を引き上げるとアームは開き角度を広げ、アーム開き角度抑止部に当接し止 められる。 (実施例) 以下、本考案を実施例に基づいて説明する。 第2図は、挟持片に位置決めをする螺子送り装置を設けた例を示している。この 送り装置は雄ねじ(9)の一端を移動用把手もしくはアームに片持ち状に固着し 、雄ねじを案内の円筒部(10)に通し長手方向両側を雌ねじ(11)によって 係止するものである。 移動用把手(7)は何れか一方のハンドル(1)・アーム(3)・挟持片(2 )・螺子送り装置(5)の組立体の重心より当該アームの挟持片側に設けられて いる。これにより移動用把手を持った際に挟持片は常時、最大長さを保つことが できる。又該移動用把手は軸芯より当該アームの挟片側に設けており、該移動用 把手を引き上げた際、当該アームが他方アームに比べ先に開く力が作用している 。また移動用把手は第5図の様にA方向への揺れを防止する為に移動用把手角度 θ2を設けバランスを補正している。 アーム開き角度抑止部(6)は挟持片の上部に位置し、略環状のハンドル(1 )の一部として構成されており、ハンドル移動距離L2がL2=0となるとき、 アームの開き角度θ1を抑止する。又、アーム開き角度抑止部はアーム及びハン ドル下部、もしくは挟持片上部に突起状に設けることもできるものである。 ハンドル形状は、作業者が握り易くする為に部分的に直線を配置した略環状と しており、断面は軽量化及び加工性、コストの面から管状としている。 (発明の効果) 本考案は上述の通り構成されているので、次に記載する効果を奏する。 請求項1の運搬具においては、対向する挟持片の距離を螺子送り装置により調 整可能としたことにより、挟持が運搬物の長さのバラツキに左右されることなく 、はずれにくく確実なものとなる。 請求項2の運搬具においては、移動用把手を重心より挟持片側に設けたことに よって、移動用把手を引き上げるとハンドル側が自重により下がり、アーム開き 角度抑止部に当接し、挟持片は最大長さを保つことができる。これにより運搬物 の着脱作業時に挟持片が無駄な動きを発生しないものとなる。 請求項3の運搬具においては、ハンドル形状を略環状とすることにより作業者 がハンドルの握り位置を適時選択できる。これにより作業者の身長差、及び作業 姿勢の違いから発生する作業負担が補正される。又、高低差のある運搬について も容易に行えるものとなる。[Detailed description of the device] (Industrial application field) The present invention relates to a sandwiching carrier for construction (hereinafter abbreviated as a carrier), and particularly to a road carrier.
