ヨーク2aと可動接点とは同電位となる。スプール1a,ヨ
ーク2a,有機絶縁ブロック3の面上には、ヨーク2aとス
プール1aおよび絶縁ブロック3の境界面に対応する位置
に楕円状の穴7cを設けた絶縁薄板5aが置かれ、一端開口
のカバー6aの開口(同図の上側)とで構成する凹部に絶
縁樹脂7aが注入される。絶縁樹脂7aは、絶縁薄板5aの楕
円穴7cを通してスプール1a,ヨーク2a,有機絶縁ブロック
3の各境界面に毛細管現象によって流れ込み、コイル端
子4aの近傍はスプール1a,絶縁ブロック3,絶縁薄板5aお
よび絶縁樹脂7aの各絶縁材料より成る一体化構造とな

面距離を大きくとることができ、従って、接点,コイル
間において高絶縁,高耐圧を実現した電磁リレーが得ら
