可動接点や固定接点等の接点端子は継鉄に近接し
たところに位置することになる。この時、継鉄が
接極子に磁気的影響を与えて、動作特性に影響を
及ぼすことがある。また、接点開閉器内における
各金属部品間の絶縁方法としては、絶縁シートを
介在させたり接着剤を塗布したりする方法が一般
にとらているが、これらは部品点数の増加、組立
工数の増加といつたコストアツプの要因となつて
いる。

しかして本考案はコイル、継鉄、接極子、接点
端子等の部品が組み付けられるベースと、このベ
ースに取り付けられて前記部品を覆うカバーとで
構成されるケースに、接点端子とコイルとの間に
位置するとともに間に継鉄を位置させる2条の絶
縁壁を一体に設けて、継鉄とコイルとの間に一方
の絶縁壁を位置させるとともに、L字型であつて
一片がコイルの励磁による吸着片とされている接
極子の他片の可動接点駆動部と継鉄との間に他方
の絶縁壁を位置させていることに特徴を有するも
のであつて、以下本考案を図示の実施例に基づい
て詳述すると、図中1はベース2とカバー3とか
ら構成されるケースであり、ベース2はカバー3
の下端開口を閉じるように配設される。ベース2
上にはコイルブロツク4、接極子5、接触ばね7
を備えた共通接点端子板6、一対の固定接点端子
8,8が組み付けられる。 コイルブロツク4は中空の胴部外周にコイル9
が巻回されるコイル枠10、コイル枠10に貫通
配備される鉄芯11、L字型であつて一片がコイ
ル枠10の一端面に取り付けられ且つ他片がコイ
ル9との間に間隔をおいてコイル枠10に沿うよ
うに配置される継鉄12とから構成されている。
接極子5はL字型をなしているもので、その折曲
部の内隅近傍が継鉄12の一端のヒンジ部14に
て揺動自在に支持され、そして一片がコイル枠1
0の一端に臨む鉄芯11に吸着されると、接極子
5は他片先端で接触ばね7を押圧して、この接触
ばね7が備えている可動接点に接触する固定接点
端子8,8を切り換える。15はコイル端子であ
る。 さて、上記各部品が組み付けられるベース2の
上面には、2条の略平行な絶縁壁13,13が一
体に突設されている。そしてコイルブロツク4に
おけるコイル9及びコイル枠10は長い方の絶縁
壁13の片側に配置され、継鉄12は両絶縁壁1
3,13の間に、固定接点端子8,8や接触ばね
7等はもう一方の絶縁壁13で継鉄12から隔て
られた部分に取り付けられる。従つて第6図に示
すように、コイル9と継鉄12との間、継鉄12
と固定接点端子8との間は夫々絶縁壁13,13
によつて絶縁距離が大きくされている。またこれ
ら絶縁壁13は、コイルブロツク4や接極子5等
の各部品のベース2への装着時のガイド及び位置
決め、あるいは保持用ともなつている上に、ここ
では接極子5における接触ばね7の駆動側の片、
つまり継鉄12に沿つて配設されることになる片
の先端部と、継鉄12との間に一方に絶縁壁13
が位置して、両者の間に所定の距離を確保する。
つまり、接極子5において継鉄12との間に磁気
的吸引力が働きやすい位置にある接点駆動側の片
を継鉄12から離すことによつて、接極子5が磁
気的影響を受けないようにしているものである。 第7図に示すように、両絶縁壁13,13はカ
バー3から一体に垂設したものとしてもよい。い
ずれにしても、絶縁壁13の先端面はカバー3乃
至ベース2に近接するようにしておくのが好まし
い。

とがなくて安価に提供することができ、また後か
ら絶縁物を取り付ける場合のことを考慮しなくと
もよいために、小さいケースであつても各部品を
まとまりよく配置することができるものであり、
更には継鉄と接極子における可動接点駆動部との
間に一方の絶縁壁が位置してこの両者を離してい
るために、接極子が継鉄から不要な磁気的影響を
受けてしまうことがなくて、特性も安定するもの
である。
