<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, such a linear dishwasher requires an installation space having a linear length, is not suitable for a small kitchen, and the biggest drawback is the loading position of the dish. Workability is poor because the carry-out position is located at the front and rear ends of the device, and the workability is poor (for example, workers must be placed before and after the device, respectively). Further, in this endless conveyor path type, the washing residue of the dishes easily drops on the return side and adheres to the conveyor itself, which makes maintenance troublesome.

Furthermore, as a type that eliminates these drawbacks, the turntable method that was previously proposed by the applicant of the present application (Practical application 61-200147

<Operation> Due to the above-mentioned configuration, the pair of parallel rods on which the stacked plates having the same diameter are placed are moved by the intermittent rotation of the turntable.
The tray is rotated and once accommodated, the tray is dropped and accommodated in the tray receiving portion of the turntable through the C groove portion. Next, the turntable is intermittently rotated to move the dish to the cleaning means, and the dish is washed by spraying hot water containing the sterilizing solution and rotating by pressing with the plush. In this case, the slag falls directly downward because the turntable itself has a net frame structure. After that, the dish which has been washed and moved to the drying means in the next step is received while being mounted on the receiving brush of the high-speed rotating plate. Here, the plate rotates integrally because the high-speed rotating plate rotates at high speed, water droplets on the plate are scattered by centrifugal force, and the plate that has been preheated by the hot water jet in the previous step dries immediately. Becomes Finally, the plate that has come to the plate unloading means is lifted up from the turntable surface by the crank-type thrust arranged below, and is retained by being locked by the check claw of the upper plate stock cylinder portion. That is, the dirty plate is automatically loaded, washed, dried, and carried out while the turntable intermittently makes one revolution.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a net frame type turntable having intermittent rotation of 1/4 rotation, and the turntable 1 is provided with receiving holes 3 for fitting the thread tail portion 2b of the tray 2 at four divided portions of the peripheral position. . Of the four receiving holes 3, two adjacent receiving holes 3 are exposed to the outside, which is the front side (front position) of the washing casing 4a formed on the upper part of the machine body 4, and the other two receiving holes 3 are provided. 3 receiving holes of the wash case
It is an arrangement facing the inside of 4a. Above the one (rotational direction side) receiving hole 3 at the exposed position, there is a pair of cross-sectional C-shapes that make one rotation when the turntable 1 makes 1/4 rotation at positions directly above both sides of the receiving hole 3. The tray receiving / delivering rods 5, 5 to be presented are arranged to serve as a tray loading means 6. The receiving rods 5,5 have bevel gears 8,8 at the ends of the rotating shafts 7,7 at bevel gears 8 ', 8' provided on the horizontal shaft 10 of the bevel gear 9'that meshes with the driving bevel gear 9 at the center position of the turntable 1. It has a transmission mechanism that meshes with the receiving rod 5,
The tray 2 sandwiched between the C-shaped groove portions 5a, 5a at the opposing positions of 5 is made to drop one by one, and the trays 5, 5 are provided with dish guide columns 11 standing upright in four directions. Further, above the other receiving hole 3 (rear side in the rotation direction), which is the exposed position, a non-return pawl 14 that swings only in one direction with a spring 13 is provided at the position of the dish stock tube portion 12 in the dish receiving mechanism. Further, a plate pusher 16 having a push-up plunger 15 is provided directly below the receiving hole 3 to serve as a plate carrying-out means 17. Reference numeral 18 denotes four plate guide columns standing above the check claw 14. Numeral 19 is a pair of roller-type brushes which are opposed to the upper and lower sides (the upper and lower surfaces of the turntable 1) of one receiving hole 3 located in the washing casing 4a.
Cleaning liquid nozzles 20, 20 for injecting cleaning hot water containing a sterilizing liquid are attached to positions near 9, 19 to form a cleaning means 21. However, the cleaning means 21 is surrounded by the partition frame 4b so that the cleaning liquid does not splash outward. 22 is a drying means formed in the receiving hole 3 portion adjacent to the cleaning means 21, and the drying means 22 is a high-speed rotating plate 24 on which the receiving brush 23 is planted on the upper surface located directly below the receiving hole 3. The plate holding plates 25 and 25 'are arranged above the receiving hole 3. Of course, the lower end of this plate restraint plate 25, 25 'is the plate 2

Next, this operation will be described. First, the plate carry-in means 6, the cleaning means 21, the drying means 22, and the plate carry-out means 17 are connected to the motor 29.
When using the dishwasher 30 which is formed by arranging it on the periphery of the rotating turntable 1, attach the dirty 2 groups of dishes that have been used in advance to a hot water tank (not shown) that is a pretreatment step to drop the slag. Then, by stacking a suitable number (for example, about 20 sheets) of these in the four plate guide columns 11 of the plate carry-in means 6, the lowermost plate 2 is the plate stock cylinder below the plate guide columns 11. It is supported by contacting on the back portions 5b, 5b which are circular arcs of the tray receiving and feeding rods 5, 5 on both sides of the lower end of the portion 31.

Here, when the power source for start-up (not shown) provided on the machine body 4 is pressed to turn on the power, the motor 29 is driven and the disc-shaped turntable 1 is intermittently driven through an intermittent mechanism (not shown). Rotate (1/4 turn). When this turntable rotates 1/4 turn, the bevel gear 9'which meshes with the drive bevel gear 9 arranged at the center of the turntable 1 is rotated, and the receiving levers 5,5 are received through the bevel gears 8 ', 8' coaxial with this.
Bevel Gear 8,8 rotates. That is, the receiving rods 5,5 that directly receive the tray 2 are rotated so that the C groove portions 5a, 5a are inwardly facing each other, and are in contact with the back portions 5b, 5b (outer circumferences other than the C groove portions 5a, 5a). When the edge portions 2a, 2a of 2 are fitted and moved downward and the C groove portions 5a, 5a face downward, the edge portions 2a, 2a of the sandwiched plate 2 fall out and fall to the position directly below. The thread tail portion 2b is fitted and set in the receiving hole 3 of the turntable 1 which has faced. On the other hand, the upper tray 2 of the tray 2 to be dropped is immediately received by the back portions 5b, 5b following the C groove portions 5a, 5a and stands by. With one rotation of the receiving rods 5, 5, only the lowest one plate 2 in the two stacked plate groups 2 can be dropped to the turntable 1 side (see FIG. 4, A, B, C, D). ).

Next, the dish 2 placed on the turntable 1 moves to the position of the cleaning means 21 which is the next step by 1/4 rotation of the turntable 1. In the cleaning means 21, cleaning brushes are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the dish 2 located in the receiving hole 3 of the turntable 1.
19 and 19 come into contact with each other, and the brushes 19 and 19 are rotated for washing, and at the same time, the cleaning liquid nozzles 20 and 20 in the vicinity spray hot water a mixed with sterilizing liquid. Furthermore, the dish 2 that has undergone this cleaning process is 1 / th of the turntable 1
When moving to the drying process by 4 rotations, a high-speed rotating plate is provided at the stop position of the receiving hole 3 of the turntable 1 which becomes the drying means 22.
Since 24 is located, the bottom portion 2c of the dish 2 is the high-speed rotating plate 24
It is stably mounted on the receiving brush 23 that is planted in the plant. In this case, since the receiving brush 23 is planted in a cross shape with respect to the main body of the high-speed rotating plate, the bottom 2c is smoothly placed with little resistance to the entry of the thread tail portion 2b of the plate 2. Here, when the high-speed rotating plate 24 rotates at high speed, water droplets adhering to the plate 2 are scattered and dried by the centrifugal force of the plate 2 which rotates at high speed. Since it has been pre-warmed by the injection, this warms up the temperature and accelerates drying. Further, although the dish 2 which rotates at a high speed is subjected to the floating action due to the centrifugal force, the dish holding portion is provided above the edge 2a of the dish 2.
The thread tail portions 2b of the tray 2 do not slip out of the receiving holes 3 because the 25 and 25 'are positioned to prevent unnecessary floating. Incidentally, the rotation of the high-speed rotating plate 24 is 1830 to 2160 rotations / sec.

Finally, when the plate 2 that has undergone the drying process comes to the position of the plate unloading means 17, the crank mechanism 32 is driven, and the plate pusher 16 lifts the plate 2 by raising the push-up plunger 15 that is the operating link. If the pair of check claws 14 and 14 are lifted at the edges 2a and 2a of the plate 2 and fed upward, the return claws 14 and 14 are returned to the check claws 14 and 14.
Since the plates 3 and 13 are mounted and immediately returned, the plate 2 is stacked and housed in the upper plate stock cylinder portion 12 and the plate guide column 11 connected thereto, and can be collected freely.

<Effect of the Invention> As described above, the dish washing machine of the present invention is a rotary type in which the dish carry-in means, the washing means, the drying means, and the dish carry-out means are arranged at the intermittent stop position of the turntable which is intermittently rotated. The entire device is compact and can be installed in a small kitchen. Moreover, since the dish loading means and the dish unloading means are arranged side by side at the front position in front of the machine body, it suffices for one worker to stand by at one place. Good sex. Further, since the tray carry-in means has a pair of receiving rods having a C-shaped cross section such that the C-grooves face each other, and makes one rotation in accordance with the intermittent rotation of the turntable, the stacked trays can be easily handled. It is possible to smoothly drop one sheet and surely set it in the receiving hole of the turntable. Further, since the drying means after washing is constituted by a high-speed rotating plate that rotates at high speed, water drops are forcibly scattered by centrifugal force due to the high-speed rotation of the dish on the high-speed rotating plate, In combination with the warming of the plate itself due to the injection of hot water, speed drying (about 4 seconds) was done,
As a result, the speed of intermittent rotation of the turntable itself can be increased. Of course, since this drying means is a simple combination of the high-speed rotating plate and the plate holding plate for suppressing the floating of the plate, it does not cause a failure or malfunction in use (the plate is detached from the receiving hole). Moreover, since the high-speed rotating plate has the receiving brush on the upper surface, it has practical effects such as good sitting of the plate.
