As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the radiator for an electric element according to the present invention comprises a plurality of plate fins 1, 1'and a base shaft 2. The fins 1 and 1 ′ are made of a metal having a good heat conductivity such as aluminum alloy, copper, brass, etc., and the base shaft insertion hole 3 is formed therein. The base shaft insertion hole 3 is used to insert the base shaft 2 and is shown as an example of a hole formed in the center of the fin 1, 1 '. Although not shown, the base shaft insertion hole may be located close to one side of the fin, and the base shaft insertion hole does not have to be circular as long as the base shaft can be inserted to fix the fin. One of the fins 1 and 1'is provided with a plurality of protrusions 4 having the same height on both surfaces thereof. The projecting piece 4 is provided by cutting and pressing one portion of the fin 1 ′, and is shown as an example of the projecting piece 4 which is provided at the opposite corner with the base shaft insertion hole 3 as the center. However, the position of the protruding piece 4,
The number and shape are not limited to those illustrated. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, the fins 1 ′ may have a circular shape, and the protrusions 4 may be provided at the peripheral edge of the fins 1 ′ and in the vicinity of the base shaft insertion hole 3 so that their orientations are radial with respect to the base shaft. Good. With this structure, the fluid flowing in the heat radiating direction can be prevented from being affected by the protrusions to the minimum extent, and thus can smoothly flow. Since the projecting piece 4 is provided by cutting and bending one portion of the fin 1 ', a through hole 5 is formed in that portion. A plurality of such fins 1'and the fins 1 not provided with the protruding pieces are alternately stacked. In other words, fin 1 '
The fins 1 ′ and the fins 1 are superposed on each other and the base shaft 2 is inserted into the base shaft insertion holes 3.
Although the basic shaft 2 has a circular cross section and is solid, the basic shaft 2 may have a cross sectional shape or a hollow shape. To insert the base shaft 2, the base shaft 2 is erected, and the fins 1 ′ and the fins 1 are alternately inserted into the base shaft insertion holes 3 from above the base shaft 2.
Alternatively, the fins 1 ′ and the fins 1 may be alternately stacked, and the base shaft insertion holes 3 thereof may be substantially aligned with each other, and then the base shaft 2 may be inserted into the base shaft insertion hole 3 from above. The outer peripheral surface of the base shaft 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the base shaft insertion hole 3 are joined together. The joining is performed by brazing, for example, by providing a brazing material layer on one side or both sides of the fin or on the outer peripheral surface of the base shaft. Alternatively, a strong force may be applied in the lengthwise direction of the base shaft 2 to compress the base shaft 2 so that the base shaft 2 is expanded in diameter and pressure-bonded.

In the present invention, when a plurality of fins 1 and fins 1'are overlapped with each other, the tips of the protrusions 4 of the fins 1'are brought into contact with the fins 1 having no vertically adjacent protrusions, and the upper and lower fins 1 ' An interval corresponding to the height of the protruding piece 4 is formed therebetween. In other words, each protrusion 4 serves as a spacer of a conventional product.

Moreover, since the through holes 5 are formed in the fins 1 ′, the fluid flowing between the fins also passes through the through holes 5.

As described above, according to the present invention, the projecting pieces provided on the plate-shaped fins play the role of spacers, and no spacers are required for stacking, so that the material can be saved and the structure can be simplified. Can be provided to.

Further, since the fluid also passes through the through holes formed in the fins, the heat dissipation efficiency is good, and excellent performance as a radiator for electric elements is exhibited.
