ルコニー床1が形成されるものである。このバルコニー
床1は以下のような構成をしている。すなわち、下床パ
ネル14と前床下地パネル15の上に防水シート17等が敷か
れ、その上に勾配床パネル18が載設され、勾配床パネル
18の上に床葺き材19が葺設され、更に、その上に人工芝
のような仕上げ材を必要に応じて敷設されることでバル
コニー床1が形成される。バルコニー床1の前端部及び
側端部にそってそれぞれバルコニー前面パネル2及びバ
ルコニー袖壁パネル3が立設されるものである。ここ
で、バルコニー床1の前端部にそってバルコニー前面パ
ネル2を立設するには前梁11の上にバルコニー前面パネ
ル2を載置してボルト等により取り付けるものであり、

載置して取り付けてある。カバー6は第5図に示すよう
に覆い片6aの両側に分割排水樋部5aの側端片5bに重複し
て係止する垂下片41を設けてあり、カバー6の前端部及
び後端部にそれぞれ逆L状をした内側水切り片26及び外
側水切り片27を設けてあり、第5図に示すように内側水
切り片26により隣り合う内側側片20の上部間を覆い、外
側水切り片27により隣り合う外側側片21の上部間を覆う
ようになっている。更に第6図に示すように、内側側片
20の上部及び内側水切り片25は勾配床パネル18の前端部
に取り付ける内側水切り板40により覆われ、外側側片21
及び外側水切り片26はバルコニー前面パネル2の内側の
下部に取り付ける外側水切り板28により覆われる。ここ
