(Prior art) Rain gutters, such as eaves gutters installed at the eaves of factory buildings or valley gutters installed in the valleys of factory buildings, are
Due to the large scale of the building, the length of the installation is long, and the thermal expansion and contraction of the rain gutters cannot be absorbed by water collectors or expansion joints, so the edges are cut in the middle, and vertical gutters are connected to each rain gutter. It is made to drain water. The facing parts of the edged rain gutters are provided with a gap that allows the rain gutters to expand and contract due to heat, and to prevent rainwater from falling from this gap, a saddle-shaped cover member is installed on the adjacent water stop member. The rainwater that reaches the cover member is distributed to the left and right and flows into the rain gutter. An example of such a rain gutter connection structure is shown in the attached FIG. 4. In the figure, T is a front eave gutter, S is a water stop member, and C is a cover member. The cover member C has baffle plates C 1 and C 1 on the front and back to prevent rainwater from leaking, and on the left and right sides, the above-mentioned stoppers are installed to smooth the flow of rainwater and prevent it from coming off as the rain gutter expands and contracts. Water parts S, S
Downward tongue pieces C 2 and C 2 that can be locked to are connected to each other. On the other hand, the water stop members S, S are fitted onto the end faces of the eaves gutters T, T, and are integrally fixed with adhesive or the like.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) By the way, in the above connection structure, in order to allow thermal expansion and contraction of the eaves gutters T, T, water stop members S, S
The reality is that a gap D is secured between them, and the cover member C that spans between the water stop members S is simply placed on top of the water stop members S. Therefore, there was a fear that the cover member C would come off and fall when external forces such as wind were applied. In addition, if there is a gap D as described above, the divided state of the eaves gutters will be visible from below and it will not look good, and especially in these days where appearance is important, such a state can no longer meet the needs. (Means for Solving the Problems) The structure of the present invention for achieving the above object will be explained based on the attached embodiment drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially cutaway perspective view showing an embodiment of the structure of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along the line of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along the line of FIG. 1. That is, the connection structure of the rain gutter of the present invention is a flexible connection structure of the rain gutters T, T for linearly connecting the rainwater flow path in a state of blocking, and the rain gutters T, T are facing each other. Water stop members 1 , 1 attached to the end surfaces T 1 and T 1 , respectively, and both water stop members 1,
A cover member 2 that spans over the rain gutter T, which is to be connected to the rain gutter T, is attached to the outer surface thereof so as to be slidable along the longitudinal direction, and is attached to both the front and rear sides. The front and rear ears of the rain gutter at parts 31 and 31'
T 2 , T 2 ′ and the front and rear ends 21 of the cover member 2,
It is characterized by comprising a joint main body 3 that holds the joint 21' and elastically restrains them integrally. In the figure, water stop members 1, 1 are fitted and fixed to end surfaces T 1 , T 1 of rain gutters T, T through an adhesive or the like, and are arranged at intervals D. This distance D may be almost zero when construction is performed in the summer, but when construction is performed in the winter, it is set to a value that takes into account the thermal expansion of the rain gutters T, T. The left and right width of the cover member 2 is slightly larger than the above-mentioned interval D, and is designed so that it can stably straddle the water stop members 1, 1 even if the rain gutters T, T are contracted to the maximum. Moreover, the joint body 3 is molded to match the outer shape of the rain gutter T, and the ends T 2 , T of the rain gutter T,
conjugated with T 2 and slidably attached to the outer surface along the longitudinal direction, and both side parts 31, 31'
are bent into a shape that can hold the ears T 3 , T 3 ′ of the rain gutters T, T and the front and rear ends 21 , 21 ′ of the cover member 2 and elastically restrain them integrally.

(Example) Examples will be described below. Figures 1 to 3
The connection structure shown in the figure is a so-called front trough T, T in which the front wall is bulkier than the rear wall. Water stop member 1 is gutter T
The water stop plate 10, which has a shape that can block the passage of rainwater from the end surface T1 , that is, the water stop plate 10 that performs the substantial water stop function of the water stop member 1, has the same shape as the passage, and a gutter T is provided around it. A mounting protrusion 1 that can be fitted externally from the rear ear part T3 ' to the rear wall, bottom wall and front wall of the
1 is formed, and this projecting piece 11 and the corresponding outer periphery of the gutter T are integrated by fixing them with an adhesive. Further, the upper side of the water stop plate 10 slopes gently toward the front wall, and a protruding piece 12 similar to the above is formed, which also serves as reinforcement, except for the area corresponding to the front wall. The connecting portion 112 is bent downward, thereby substantially surrounding the rear ear portion T 3 ′ of the gutter T, thereby stabilizing the mounting.

The joint body 3 is molded to match the outer shape of the gutter T, and its front and rear sides 31, 31' are the front and rear ears T3 , T3 ' of the gutter T and the front and rear ends 21, 2 of the cover member 2.
1' is curved inward to integrally hold and elastically restrain 1' from the outside. The longitudinal dimension of the joint body 3 includes the above-mentioned interval D, and the length of the opposing troughs T, T.
The size is such that it can conjugate the ends T 2 and T 2 of the gutter T,
It is slidable along the longitudinal direction with respect to T. In addition, since the water stop members 1, 1 are externally fitted on the end surfaces T 1 , T 1 of the gutters T, T, as described above, the water stop members 1, 1 are attached to the water stop members 1, 1 between the gutters T, T and the joint body 3. Projection piece 1
It is necessary to maintain the spacing between the thickness portions 1 and 11, and therefore rib strips 32 and 32 having the same thickness as above are provided protrudingly on the inner surface of the joint body 3 at positions that do not impede sliding. There is.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, in the rain gutter connection structure of the invention, the cover member that spans between the water-stopping members is elastically restrained by the joint body, so external forces such as wind are prevented. There is no fear of it coming off even if the rain gutter is attached, and since the distance between the end faces of the rain gutter, which is secured by taking into account the thermal expansion and contraction of the rain gutter, is hidden by the joint body, the installed rain gutter can be seen in a straight line. The appearance is improved and the slidability of the joint body relative to the gutter also allows for thermal expansion and contraction of the gutter.
