Abstract

PURPOSE:To speedily start the circulation-typed coin receiving/paying machine by shortening time for replenishing coins at the time of starting, to house a lot of coins for which the large amount of processing is required, and to reduce interruption at the time of payment processing. CONSTITUTION:Among received coins, the coins to be used for payment are housed in pile-up housing cylinder parts 711, 715, 7110, 7150, 71100 and 71500 by denominations through coin identifying and classifying passages. At the time of payment, the required coins are ejected from the pile-up housing cylinder parts 711, 715, 7110, 7150, 71100 and 71500. A cassette frame body 71 is provided with the pile-up housing cylinder parts 711, 715, 7110, 7150, 71100 and 71500 by denominations at least one for each denomination. Concerning the denomination for which the amount of processing is large among the those denominations, the plural pile-up housing cylinder parts 711, 715, 7110, 7150, 71100 and 71500 are formed on a rotating body 73, which is rotated almost horizontally, for the same denomination.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional coin dispenser of this type is
For example, as described in Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. Sho 64-19494, coins are stored from above in a stacking storage cylinder for each denomination, and coins are thrown from below each stacking storage cylinder. It is equipped with a coin storage / dispensing unit that is designed to dispense. When the height of the storage cylinder is increased to increase the amount of coins stored, the falling distance when the coins are stored in the storage cylinder increases, and the coins are not stacked horizontally but vertically. There was a problem that a so-called tube standing phenomenon occurs. Further, in a device in which a temporary holding unit for stacking and temporarily holding coins before storing them in the storage cylinder unit is formed, dropping the coins in the storage cylinder unit with the coins stacked collapses the stacked state of the coins. There is a problem that coins may become jammed and cannot be stored, the height of the storage cylinder cannot be increased, and the height of the storage cylinder is limited. I couldn't get higher.

In the conventional circulation type coin depositing / dispensing machine described above, a replenishment coin storage box for storing replenishment coins in a mixed state of coins of a plurality of denominations is mounted at the beginning of business, and the replenishment coin storage box is provided. The coins stored in the coin must be sent to the coin identification and classification passage and sorted and stored in the storage cylinder for each denomination, and it takes time to store the coins at the start of work and shorten the time for initial replenishment of coins. There was a problem that I could not. When the coins stored in the storage cylinder for each denomination have decreased, the mixed coins stored in the replenishment coin storage box are stored in the storage cylinder for each denomination through the coin identification and classification passage. I was preparing for money. When storing this coin in each stacking storage cylinder, the withdrawal process must be interrupted, and if the withdrawal amount of a specific coin is large, the withdrawal process will be interrupted frequently and the processing efficiency will increase. I had a bad problem.

Has a cam plate 40 which is rotated by gears 38 and 39 by forward and reverse rotation driving of an electric motor 37. The other end of a link 41 whose one end is pivotally attached to the cam plate 40 is pivotally connected to the temporary holding frame 32. When the electric motor 37 is driven forward and backward, the temporary holding frame 32 moves the temporary holding frame 32 to a position for discharging the temporarily holding coin to either the non-holding side on the right side or the holding side on the left side.

On the other hand, the pull-out preparation switch 98 is switched by the rotation of the switching lever 95, and the solenoid 13 shown in FIG.
By the exciting operation of 3, the lock member 132 holds the cassette frame body 70 in the mounted state. Further, the withdrawal preparation switch 98 is switched to excite the solenoid 134 to open the opening of the reject coin storage 131 of the cassette frame 70.

According to the invention described in claim 1, the initial setting at the start of work is completed only by mounting the cassette frame, and a plurality of coins of a denomination having a large processing amount are formed on the rotating body. Each of the stacking storage cylinders can be stored in the stacking storage cylinder, and the stacking storage cylinders can be sequentially rotated as the coins are filled or decreased, and the next stacking storage cylinder can be placed at the receiving position. It is possible to shorten the time for interrupting the depositing and withdrawing process of coins, and it is possible to store a large amount of coins without increasing the height of each stacking storage cylinder part. Without fail, it can be stored securely, the replenishment time of coins at the beginning of work can be shortened, and the startup can be done quickly.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, surplus coins that are not stored in the stacking storage cylinder portion at the time of deposit processing can be collected and stored in the replenishment / recovery box, and at the time of coin collection, they are discharged from the replenishment / recovery box by the replenishment means. The coins pass through the coin identification and classification passage, and the rotating body is rotated according to the storage amount of each storage cylinder of the stacking storage cylinder at the receiving position on the rotating body, and the other stacking storage cylinders are moved to the receiving position. Can be collected in the cassette frame.
