面の遮光層16が網状の透過光調整膜16′と同一の遮光性
塗料で印刷形成されているので、遮光層16の印刷工程を
網状の透過光調整膜16′と同時に層成することができ
る。更に、透光性の基板の表面に透光性の着色印刷層13
を形成し、更にその表面に遮光層を設けているので、該
遮光層の文字、記号等の表示部には、透明基板を覆う着
色印刷層が露見することになり、従来のように透明基板
に太陽光が反射し、ちらついて見えることがない。
