により2次油槽(5)の油(6)中に落下し、この落下
途中に揚げ物材料はひとりでに反転し、このようにして
油(6)中に反転して落下した揚げ物材料を長尺な無端
状の2次移送コンベア(7)に乗せて油(6)中に浸っ
た儘2次油槽(5)の始端側(図中左端側)から終端側
(図中右端側)へ移送しその間に揚げ物材料のもう片面
を加熱して揚げて完全な揚げ物とし、これを2次油槽

がり状態が異なり、これにより表と裏ができて商品価値
が損なわれるという問題があった。
