In the above configuration, after receiving the paste-like tempura material from the transfer cup 7 in the supply section A, the forming cup 10 moves while maintaining its container shape and keeping its lower part immersed in the oil 32. During the lever transfer process, the tempura material is primarily fried and solidified, resulting in a disc-shaped material molding 33 that matches the inner surface shape of the cylinder 21. Next, as shown in Figure 5,
When the molded cup 10 reaches the lower part 24a of the bottom plate guide rail 24 before the discharge part B, the entire molded cup 7 descends by the amount of the lowered part, and together with this, it adheres to the cylinder body 21 and is removed. Since the internal molded material 33 that is in an integral relationship with the oil 32 has a lower specific gravity than the oil 32, it is pushed upward by the buoyant force acting on the molded material 33 and separated from the cylinder body 21.
Relatively rising. Subsequently, the guide roller 19 of the mounting member 17 rolls into contact with the upwardly inclined portion 25a of the cylinder guide rail 25, so that the ring 23 integrated with the mounting member 17 is lifted up, and accordingly, the cylinder 21 is moved to its flange portion 21a. and ring 2
3 is pulled up and released onto the oil surface, and the internal molded material 33 becomes suspended in the oil 32. Thus, the molded cup 10 is connected to the supply section A.
When the cylinder 21 and the ring 23, which had been rising, are guided by the downward slope 25c of the cylinder guide rail 25 and the presser guide rail 33, they are guided down, while the guide pin 20 of the mounting member 18 is in sliding contact with the upper surface of the guide rail 27 for lifting the bottom plate,
In addition, by coming off the lower part 24a of the bottom plate guide rail 24, the bottom plate 22 also rises, and the bottom plate 22
The container returns to its original form with the cylinder 21 placed on top, receives the tempura material again at the supply section A, and repeats the above operations. Although the guide rails 26 and 27 can be omitted, they are provided to prevent the molded cup 10 from returning to its original container form due to adhesion caused by oil.

The molded material 33 discharged from the molded cup is
Due to the wind pressure from the air nozzle 12 and the accompanying oil flow, it floats to the paddle conveyor 3 side, is sent under the net conveyor 2 by the paddle conveyor 3, and is pushed down below the oil surface by the net conveyor 2. The tempura is transported to the rear of the oil tank main body 1 while being fried, and is fried for a second time during this transport process, pulled up from the oil 32 by the net conveyor 4, and taken out as a tempura product from the takeout port 1a.

In the above embodiment, the tempura material is supplied to the molded cup 10 by the transfer cup 7 which is rotated by the transfer device 5, but it may be directly supplied by the material supply device 13 or the like. In addition, the molded cup 10 fixes the cylindrical body 21 directly to the upper mounting member 17 without using the ring 23, and places the cylindrical body 21 on the bottom plate 22.
The sliding blocks 17a and 18a of both the mounting members 17 and 18 may be separated when the mounting member 1 is placed thereon. Furthermore, the guide rail 24 supporting the bottom plate 22 can be provided along the entire circumference of the orbit of the molded cup 10 as an extension of the guide rail 27, instead of being arranged in the oil tank 1b. Further, a guide pin may be provided in place of the guide roller 19 of the mounting member 17. In addition, this invention can also be applied to an automatic tempura frying machine in which the raw material molding is made into a product directly from the molding cup 10 without providing the oil tank body 1.

In particular, according to the tempura material forming device of this invention,
A guide rail for the cylindrical body that guides the cylindrical body of the molded cup up and down in the discharge section of the molded material is arranged so as to reach the downward slanted part via a higher level horizontal part from the upwardly inclined part, and also slides into contact with the bottom plate of the molded cup. A guide rail for the bottom plate that supports and guides the cup is arranged from the front of the discharge section to the supply section so as to form a lower part of the top surface with a low height, so that the molded cup is discharged from the supply section while being semi-immersed in oil. As the cup moves to the upper part, the entire molded cup descends from before reaching the discharge part, and at this discharge part, the cylindrical body separates from the bottom plate and rises above the oil level. When the molded cup is moved in a semi-immersed state from the supply section to the discharge section, the entire molded cup first descends from the front side toward the discharge section, and at this time, because the molded material has a lower specific gravity than the oil, The molded material attached to the cylindrical body and in an integral relationship with the cylindrical body is pushed upward by the buoyant force acting on it and separated from the cylindrical body, floats relatively along the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body, and then At the discharge section, the cylinder separates from the bottom plate and rises above the oil level.
The molded material inside the cylinder separates from the cylinder and becomes suspended on the oil surface. In this way, the cylindrical body is lowered from the front side where the molded cup reaches the discharge section, and the edge of the cylindrical body and the molded material is removed by using the buoyant force acting on the molded material attached to the cylindrical body. The tempura material supplied to the molded cup is pasty because the cylinder is raised and lowered in a direction perpendicular to the oil surface. Even in cases where the peripheral edge of the material molding molded inside the cylinder is tightly adhered to the inner surface of the cylinder, it is easy to remove the material molding from the molded cup, especially the cylinder. It can be done reliably.
