Abstract

PURPOSE:To conduct automatic management of start/stop of an engine pump so as to realize rationalization and labor saving in a portable automatic operative engine pump by providing a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a timer switch. CONSTITUTION:A self-priming pump 2 is directly coupled to an engine 1. A pipe line of a delivery port 4 is provided with a pressure sensor or temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a timer switch and the like, and those various sensors can be changed according to objects of use. When a start button in a control box 8 is pressed, the engine is started and simultaneously the pump 2 is started to start water supply. When pressure in the pipe line becomes lower than a specified value, the pressure sensor 5 senses abnormality to issue a command to the control box 8 and controls speed of the engine 1 to simultaneously adjust pump pressure. When the pipe line is completely closed, the pressure sensor 5 issues a stop command to the control box 8 to stop the engine 1. Thus, rationalization as well as labor saving can be realized.

に取り付けられた、圧力ンサー 又は、温度センサー
湿度センサー タイマーイッチであり、そその使用目的
により各センサーを変える事ができる。(6)のエンジ
ンポンプの起動用電源で(7)のコントロールボックス
を作動させる為のものである。トラクター 又は運搬車
等によって、所定の箇所に運搬された可搬式自動運転エ
ンジンポンプに(3)に吸込管(4)に吐出管を接続
し、(8)の制御ボックス内の起動用ボタンを押すと
(1)ポンプは始動し、送水が開始される。管路の圧力
が一定の時は(2)のポンプは送水揚水を続けるが管路
の圧力が上昇し又は降下すると(5)の圧力センサーが
異常を感知して(8)の制御ボックスの指令によって
(1)のエンジンポンプの回転数をコントロールして
(2)のポンプの圧力を調整する。管路がまつたく閉鎖
された時は(5)圧力センサー(8)の制御ボックスに
停止の指令を出し(1)のエンジンポンプを停止する。
温度センサー 湿度センサー タイマースイッチの作動
停止においても同様の制御が可能である。

取り付けられた、圧力センサー又は温度センサー 湿度
センサー タイマースイッチ等でありその使用目的によ
り各種センサーを変える事が出来る。(6)はエンジン
の起動電源であり、(7)のコントロールボックスを作
動させる為のものであり、(5)の指令に因って(7)
のコントロールボックスが起動したり又は停止したりす
る。トラクター又は運搬車によつて、所定の位置に運搬
された可搬式自動エンジンポンプの、(3)の吸い込み
口に吸水管を接続し(4)吐出口に排水管を接続する。
(8)の制御ボックス内の起動ボタンを押すと(1)の
エンジンが起動し同時にポンプが始動し送水が開始され
る。管路内の圧力が指定した圧力で、一定の時はポンプ
は揚水送水をつづける。管路内の圧力が指定した圧力以
下に下がると(5)の圧力センサーが異常を感知して
(8)の制御ボックスに指令を出し(1)エンジンの回
転数をコントロールし同時に(2)ポンプの圧力が調整
される。管路が全く閉鎖されると、(5)の圧力センサ
ー(8)の制御ボボツクスに停止の指令を出し(1)の
エンジンを停止する。温度センサー 湿度センサー タ
イマースイッチ等の作動においても同様の制御が可能で
ある。
