Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide manufacture of a car side plate for an elevator without generating deterioration of a designing surface even by cutting a hanging margin part removed after enamel baking CONSTITUTION:An enamel is applied to a design surface 3 of a base metal thin plate 1, on the other hand, to perform baking without applying the enamel to a hanging margin part 4 of the base metal thin plate 1, and after baking, the hanging margin part 4 is cut off for removal, but a cut off line 2 to a boundary between the design surface 3 which is a boundary of applying the enamel and the hanging margin part 4 is set, so that an enameled layer 6 is prevented from destruction due to cutting.

Therefore, it has been introduced in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-61503 to construct an elevator car side plate using a enamel plate whose surface is enameled, and a wall thickness of 0.5 mm to 1 mm. It is also considered that a decorative panel obtained by subjecting a surface of a base metal thin plate of about 2 mm to a enamel treatment is adhered to the surface of a conventional metal side plate and used. Regarding the latter technique of constructing an elevator car side plate in which a decorative panel subjected to enamel treatment is adhered to the surface of a metal side plate, FIG. 3 shows a base metal sheet 1 before enamel firing. The thickness of the base metal sheet 1 is about 0.5 mm to 1.2 mm, and the virtual cutting line 2 of the base metal sheet 1 is a finished dimension L required for the design surface 3.
Determined by A hanging margin 4 necessary for firing is provided on the opposite side of the design surface 3 with the virtual cutting line 2 interposed therebetween, and a plurality of hanging holes 5 are formed in the hanging margin 4. After enamel firing, the hanging portion 4 is cut and removed, and a decorative panel having a predetermined size L is adhered to the surface of the metal side plate to obtain the elevator car side plate.

However, at the time of cutting and removing the hanging portion 4 after firing the enamel, since the vitreous enamel layer has already been fired on the surface of the base metal sheet 1, the cutting is accompanied by cutting. The enamel layer at the edge of the face will be destroyed.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 3 of the base metal thin plate 1 after firing. As can be seen from the figure, the enamel layer 6 that has already been fired is formed on the design surface 3 of the base metal sheet 1 and the surface of the hanging portion 4, and the base metal sheet 1 is cut along the cutting line 2. Then, a fracture surface 8 is generated in the enamel layer 6 at each end 7 of the cut surface. In the decorative panel thus treated with the enamel, the design surface is deteriorated by cutting the hanging portion 4 during the enamel firing.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention cuts a base metal thin plate after enamel firing having a hanging portion and a design surface along a cutting line and removes the hanging portion. In a method of manufacturing an elevator car side plate using a base metal thin plate having only a design surface, the base metal thin plate is a enamel coating only on the design surface with the cutting line as a boundary except for the hanging margin. In the range, after the enamel firing, the hanging portion is cut and removed along the cutting line to have a predetermined size.

In the method of manufacturing the elevator car side plate according to the present invention, since the application range of the enamel is only the design surface excluding the hanging margin part during the enamel firing as described above,
The enamel layer is not fired on the surface of the hanging margin, and the enamel layer on the design surface is not destroyed when the hanging margin is removed along the cutting line. Therefore, even if the hanging margin is cut and removed after enamel firing, it is possible to obtain the elevator car side plate without deterioration of the design surface.

A cross-sectional view of the base metal thin plate 1 after firing shown in FIG. 1 taken along the line AA in FIG. 3 is shown. The base metal thin plate 1 is cut along a design line 3 and a hanging portion 4 at a cutting line 2. To be disconnected. As can be seen from the figure, a fired enamel layer 6 is formed on the surface of the design surface 3 of the base metal sheet 1, but a enamel layer 6 is formed on the hanging portion 4 of the base metal sheet 1. Absent. In this, the enamel is applied to the design surface 3 of the base metal thin plate 1 before firing, but the enamel is not applied to the hanging portion 4 of the base metal thin plate 1 before firing,
This is because the application range of the enamel is only the design surface 3 with the cutting line 2 as a boundary.

The base metal thin plate 1 after firing is cut based on the cutting line 2 shown in FIG. 3. This cutting line 2 is also the application boundary line of the enamel, and the impact at the time of cutting is the enamel layer 6 In addition, it is possible to cut the hanging portion 4 made of only the base metal thin plate 1 without breaking the enamel layer 6. Therefore, the cut surface end portion 7 of the enamel layer 6 is not damaged as in the conventional case, and the design surface 3 is not deteriorated. In this way, it is possible to obtain the elevator car side plate in which the design surface 3 is not deteriorated even if the hanging portion 4 is cut and removed after the enamel firing.

As described above, in the method of manufacturing the elevator car side plate according to the present invention, since the application range of the enamel is only the design surface with the cutting line as the boundary except the hanging margin part at the time of firing the enamel, The enamel layer is not baked on the surface of the hollow part, and the enamel layer at the end of the cut surface of the design surface is not destroyed when cutting the hanging part, so that the elevator car without deterioration of the design surface The side plate can be obtained.
