Description of the Related Art A double-floor structure is mainly used for floors of middle and high-rise buildings and condominiums, and a floor base material is arranged on a floor base consisting of concrete floor slab surface, ALC floor surface, etc. by a plurality of supports. A space is formed on the lower surface of the floor base. This space has the advantage that it can be used as a space for electric wiring and water supply piping, and that construction of these can be done easily. As the support for the above-mentioned floor base material, metal legs and resin legs having a screw structure so that the height can be adjusted have already been put on the market, and a vibration absorber such as rubber is added to the tip end to impart soundproofing performance. It is generally provided. On the other hand, apart from these, there is also a method in which a foamed resin plate is laid under the floor base material over the entire surface of the floor base, and notches are formed only in the portions that require piping.

There is no choice but to finish it softly. As a result, there is a problem in habitability such that the floor may sink when walking. Further, in the method using the foamed resin plate, although the habitability is solved to some extent, there is a problem that sufficient soundproof performance cannot be obtained.

There is 5. This is a floor structure that combines a base panel and a finish panel in which a rubber-based or asphalt-based polymer material is integrated as a cushioning material on the lower surface of a hard base plate, and the base panels are arranged in one direction at regular intervals. This is a structure in which a space is provided only in one direction. The inventors of the present invention have described the above-mentioned JP-A-2-
As a result of a detailed examination of 200965, although the problem of habitability has been solved to some extent, a panel integrated with a cushioning material made of the polymer material meets the demand for high-performance soundproofing performance such as that said today. Is not enough, the degree of freedom of piping etc. is low in a narrow space that extends only in one direction, and since there is no full-throw-out pasting plate under the finishing panel, the placement of the finishing panel matches the placement of the base panel. It has been found that there are problems such as being restricted by the construction, and when it is necessary to change the design of the underfloor space due to circumstances such as piping work, it is difficult to change it freely on site.

It is noteworthy that even the materials that have been considered to be extremely difficult to use as the finishing materials can be used. For example, a wooden floor material such as a single-layer flooring or a composite flooring, a stone material, an inorganic floor material such as a ceramic tile can be used. Of course, the carpet,
The use of finishing materials such as tatami mats, corks, linoleums, etc., which themselves have the ability to improve lightweight floor impact sound, does not prevent them.

The floor base material can be appropriately selected as long as it is on the block-shaped support placed below the floor base material and has a rigidity enough to support the floor surface finishing material and the load on the floor. However, it is necessary to use a board with high rigidity that does not cause extreme vibration by itself due to impact force. For example, when using plywood or particle board, it is desirable that the thickness is 9 mm or more, preferably 12 mm or more. Other materials that can be considered as the floor base material include, for example, MDF, wood cement board, and ALC.
There are boards, calcareous boards, cement boards, metal panels, etc. Even if the rigidity is insufficient by itself, if rigidity is exhibited by stacking two or more layers having the same thickness or different thicknesses and made of the same material or another material, Can be used. Further, the plate material can be used by increasing the rigidity by reinforcing honeycomb, frame material, crosspiece material, and the like, and as a method for improving the vibration-damping property of the floor base material, the base material is made of a rubber sheet or an asphalt sheet. It is also possible to use the one to which the material is attached.

Further, when one unit of the floor surface finishing material is large and the rigidity is high, there are cases where the finishing material can be fixed to the block-shaped support of the present invention without interposing the floor base material. It is interpreted as a special case in which the floor base material and the floor surface finishing material are integrated.

As the non-woven fabric, a needle type, a spun bond type, a heat fusion type and the like are used alone or in combination, and as the fiber, there may be mentioned straight hair type fibers, hollow type fibers and crimp type fibers, but especially crimp It is preferred to use fibers that are prominent. As a fiber that is significantly crimped (crimped fiber), there is a latent crimped fiber that is a single fiber obtained by simultaneously spinning two kinds of resins having different thermal characteristics such as polyester or polypropylene. The crimp of the fiber is remarkably developed by heat treatment. Generally, a non-woven fabric made of latently crimped fibers and heat-treated to crimp the fibers is put on the market. In the present invention, it is desirable to use a nonwoven fabric containing 40% or more of the fibers. If it is less than 40%, it becomes difficult to obtain the desired soundproofing performance. The non-woven fabric not only has moderate elasticity and can absorb impact vibrations, but also
Friction between fibers can also absorb impact by converting impact energy into heat energy. The thickness of the layer made of the non-woven fabric is preferably 3 mm or more and 50 mm or less, and more preferably 5 mm or more and 20 mm or less, in consideration of soundproofing performance and habitability such as walking feeling. Thickness is 3
If it is less than 50 mm, the desired soundproofing performance cannot be obtained, and if it exceeds 50 mm, even if the material of the non-woven fabric is taken into consideration, the living performance and floor strength will be impaired. The shape of the non-woven fabric is not particularly specified. Starting from flat ones, looped naps like carpets, naps raised one by one, irregular shapes, and wavy shapes Various shapes, such as the ones that are used, are used.

Various materials such as plywood, particle board, metal plate, and noncombustible lightweight composite plate (for example, those disclosed in Japanese Examined Patent Publication No. 56-40116) can be used in appropriate shapes as long as they have a certain degree of rigidity and thickness. It is possible to select, but it is not suitable that it will be destroyed by the impact applied to the floor even if it has a predetermined rigidity.

In the following, the length is preferably 40 mm or more and 150 mm or less, and the non-woven fabric layer and the rigid body layer may be laminated at appropriate positions. Also,
The vertical and horizontal dimensions are preferably 80 mm to 500 mm in consideration of the area occupied by the floor area, which will be described later, for the purpose of holding the floor base material and reducing the contact area with the floor base. If the dimensions of the block-shaped support are too small,
The load applied from the floor base material or the like concentrates the load on the non-woven fabric, which is not preferable, and it becomes difficult to maintain the floor base material with good stability.

い。The support is laid on the floor base so that the area occupied by the support is 7% to 60%, preferably 10% to 40% of the floor area on which the support is arranged. 7%
If it is less than 60%, the flexure of the floor base material will increase when a load is applied, and the apparent rigidity will decrease. If it exceeds 60%, the ground contact area to the floor base will be large and the floor vibration transmission area will be large, resulting in sound insulation. The performance deteriorates, which is not preferable. It is desirable that the support is laid on the floor base efficiently in consideration of fixing the floor base material by a highly safe method.

By this, in addition to being able to reduce the floor impact sound, each component of the double floor structure such as the floor base material and the support is in a relationship in which it is difficult to resonate with each other with respect to the floor impact sound of various frequencies. It is considered that the floor impact sound can be effectively reduced.

Since the floor base material is provided through the plurality of block-shaped supports having the specific non-woven fabric layer and the rigid layer, the soundproofing performance can be remarkably enhanced while maintaining a good walking feeling. Moreover, since the block-shaped support can be easily arranged on the floor base, the construction is very simple and does not require skill. Also,
Since the floor impact sound can be reduced by such a specific support and floor base material, it is possible to use a material having inferior soundproofing property which could not be conventionally used as a floor surface finish material, and to achieve a floor finish according to needs. Also, since the floor base material normally covers the entire floor, any surface finishing material can be used not only in terms of material but also in shape from this point of view. Further, by using a highly rigid floor base material to reliably support the load on the floor, the soundproofing performance can be improved without further impairing the feeling of walking. Furthermore, in the double-floor structure of the present invention, the arrangement of the block-shaped support can be appropriately changed according to the situation of the site, and there is no hindrance to piping and wiring work.
It can be installed very easily.
