2. Description of the Related Art Conventional formwork for concrete placing is made of materials such as wood, plywood, metal sheet, hard synthetic resin board and fiber board, and if necessary, mineral oil, soap liquid, paraffin, It has a structure in which a mold release agent such as a surfactant is applied to prevent adhesion of concrete. Then, after assembling this formwork, pouring concrete, curing and hardening it, after dismantling and removing the formwork, and then incorporating a new base on the exposed concrete wall surface with wood or light steel, or Plywood, gypsum board, calcium silicate board, etc. are directly attached with an adhesive, and the surface is cross-coated or painted to finish the interior.

However, such concrete work requires labor and materials for dismantling and removing the formwork and newly performing interior work, and the cost of the formwork is 35 to 30% of that of the concrete work. The current situation is that it occupies 60%, and there is also the problem that the construction period will be prolonged.

Further, there is a limit to the repeated use of the dismantled mold, and in the case of a mold made of wood in particular, since it is discarded after one or two times of use, there is a problem of waste of resources. There is. On the other hand, a considerable amount of surplus water held in the cast concrete is discharged into the room for 1 to 3 years after the building is completed, and concrete has low heat insulation performance and tends to cause dew condensation. As the indoor humidity increases, dew condensation water stains the interior materials and promotes the growth of mold. The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a formwork which is integrated with pouring concrete and used as an interior material without being dismantled.

When a concrete framework is constructed using the formwork constructed as described above and then concrete is placed, the concrete placing surface of the formwork is integrally bonded to the concrete. At this time, since a plurality of grooves are provided on the concrete pouring surface, the grooves have an anchor effect to increase the adhesive force with the concrete, and the formwork is firmly integrated with the pouring concrete. It becomes an interior material that covers the wall. By providing male and female parts at both ends of the main formwork, concrete is prevented from leaking to the interior surface side, and there is no risk of soiling the interior surface. No need to do. In addition, it is possible to perform interior work before the curing and hardening of the cast concrete is completed, and the construction period can be shortened.

Further, since this form is made of a material containing calcium silicate as a main component, it is non-combustible and permanent, and it does not deteriorate with respect to the alkaline component in the concrete. Since it has innumerable minute voids inside, it has superior heat insulating properties as compared with concrete, and has improved dew condensation prevention performance and can be used for a long period of time. Moreover, as described in claim 3, by providing a waterproof layer on the interior surface side of the form,
It prevents the excess water in the cast concrete from penetrating to the interior surface side, there is no risk of releasing moisture into the room even after the building is completed, and the interior surface can be prevented from being contaminated or moldy. Is.

It has a shape formed by notching the front surface side and the back surface side of the side edge of the mold main body 1 in an L-shaped cross section, respectively, but it has a convex shape at the center of one side end surface of the main frame main body 1. The male part having a shape may be formed with a female part having a groove shape into which the male part can be fitted, at the center of the other end surface. Further, joint taper surfaces 8 are formed at both end portions of the interior surface 2 of the mold main body 1 by decreasing the thickness toward both end surfaces. The joint taper surface 8 and the male and female parts 6 and 7 may be formed on the upper and lower end portions of the mold main body 1 as well. Reference numeral 9 denotes a hollow portion having an appropriate cross-sectional shape, which is provided by penetrating in the mold main body 1 in the lengthwise direction, and is provided at small intervals in the width direction of the mold main body 1.

The mold main body 1 having such a structure can be manufactured by any of generally used plate-making methods such as an extrusion molding method, a press molding method and a wet papermaking method. In the case of the press molding method, the concave groove 4, the actual fitting portions 6 and 7, the tapered surface 8, the hollow portion 9 and the like can be simultaneously formed at the time of forming the plate, and the productivity is high and the cost is low. In the case of the wet papermaking method, it is necessary to cut the concave groove 4 with a cutter, a router or the like after the plate is formed.

The waterproof layer 5 layered on the interior surface 2 of the mold main body 1 is made of urethane resin, acrylic resin, EVA or S.
It is formed by applying BR or the like at a rate of 100 g / m 2 . On the other hand, it is preferable that a concrete adhesion treatment layer 10 as shown in FIG. 2 is layered on the concrete placing surface 3 of the mold main body 1 as necessary in order to enhance the concrete adhesion force. As such a concrete adhesion treatment layer 10, for example, 100 parts by weight of cement, 200 parts by weight of silica sand,
Obtained by applying 50 parts by weight of perlite, 80 parts by weight of calcium carbonate, 1 part by weight of antifoaming agent, 3 parts by weight of thickening agent, 20 parts by weight of resin such as EVA, SBR and acrylic at a rate of 500 g / m 2. be able to. The coating amount of the prevention layer 5 and the concrete adhesion treatment layer 10 is about 50, respectively.
~200 g / m 2, 200 may be applied within the scope of ~1500g / m 2. That is, the function cannot be fulfilled when the coating amount is less than the minimum coating amount, and the function is not improved even when the coating amount is more than the maximum coating amount.

The method of constructing the formwork constructed as described above is almost the same as the conventional concrete construction. For example, as shown in FIG. 3, first, the bed 12 is installed on the footing 11 and the floor is constructed. The studs 13 are erected on the both ends of the pedestal 12 at predetermined intervals in the length direction of the bed 12, and the studs are erected on the outer surface side of the stud array.
To support the studs 13. Furthermore, the mold of the present invention is sequentially engaged with male and female parts 6, 7 at both ends on one side, that is, on the inner surface side of the studs 13 standing on the interior surface side of the concrete wall body to be constructed. In such a state that the interior surface 2 of the mold is vertically stretched, the lower ends of the molds are fitted into the grooves 17 provided in the footing 11 and the upper ends are fixed to the studs 13. .

Further, by providing a waterproof layer on the interior surface side of the formwork, it is possible to prevent excess water in the cast concrete from permeating into the interior surface side, so that even after the building is completed the interior There is no possibility of releasing moisture to the interior, and it is possible to prevent contamination of the interior surface and generation of mold. Furthermore,
By providing male and female parts on both ends of the main formwork, it is possible to prevent concrete from leaking from the joint end face part of the formwork to the interior surface side, and there is no risk of the interior surface becoming dirty. Therefore, it is not necessary to carry out post-treatment work such as cleaning, and it is also possible to carry out interior work before the curing and hardening of the cast concrete is completed, and the construction period can be shortened.
