It was covered with cloth or a heat ray permeable cover.

た。C) Problems to be solved by the invention However, in all cases, the radiation efficiency was not good because the heat rays were blocked considerably. Therefore, although the input was increased, it took time until the effective heat rays were radiated from the start of use, and the radiation efficiency was further reduced due to dirt due to dust, etc. There was a problem.

It is installed at a suitable interval in a substantially horizontal direction or slightly downward.

As shown by the arrow 3, the convection occurs only in the small space between the flow shields and the flow shields, so that the heat leakage to the outside due to the convection of air is significantly reduced. Further, the flow shield plate 2 eliminates the danger of the human body directly touching the radiation surface at high temperature.

る。G) Effect of the invention In this way, the present invention effectively suppresses the temperature drop of the radiation surface due to the convection of air with a simple structure and radiates the heat rays directly from the planar heater, so that the transmission loss due to the cover and the dirt such as dust are caused. The radiation efficiency is not lowered by the above, and the direct contact of the human body with the radiation surface can be prevented by the flow shield plate, which is very safe and the effect is remarkable.
