However, since the thickness of the heater unit is large and it becomes a nuisance, for example in the summer, it has become a major problem to find a way to make the heater unit thinner while suppressing the rise in temperature of each part.

By the way, it is necessary to provide as much space as possible between the heater of the heater unit and the mounting plate on which the heater is attached to suppress the temperature rise of each part (mounting plate), but if the above-mentioned space is set large, the heater It was decided to increase the thickness of the unit.

Therefore, the fixing structure of the end portion of the heater has a large effect on the thinning of the heater unit described above. This is because as the distance between the end of the heater and the mounting plate increases, the space between the center of the heater and the mounting plate increases, making the unit thicker, and conversely, as the distance decreases, the space decreases, making the unit thinner. However, there is a drawback that the temperature rise of the mounting plate becomes large. Therefore, when fixing the end of the heater, use a special mounting bracket (elastic wire) so that there is an appropriate space between the heater and the mounting plate, as in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-35423. It was on. However, such a fixing structure requires a dedicated support leg that is separate from the base, which increases the number of parts and causes poor workability.Furthermore, it is difficult to fix the heater end and the support leg, and to fix the support leg and the mounting plate. This caused the temperature of the mounting plate to change due to variations in the support legs, causing rattling, and hot air leaking from the holes formed in the mounting plate, increasing the temperature of the decorative board provided on the top surface of the mounting plate.

(e) Function: The mounting brackets for fixing the lead wires, which are fixed in advance to both ends of the thin tube heater, are directly attached and fixed to the protruding part of the mounting plate using screws, so that a relatively small and uniform space between the heater and the protruding part is secured. A lead wire of the mounting fitting is introduced into the space between the heat shield plate and the protruding part to simplify wiring within the space.

In addition, in the present invention, the end of the heater is fixed to a fixing part provided on the protruding part of the mounting plate, but this fixing part takes into consideration the thickness of the mounting plate, and the gap between the bulge and the heater when squeezed is fixed. If the thickness of the mounting plate is made thicker, sufficient deep drawing will be possible, and the distance between the flat surface of the protrusion and the bulge will be sufficient, and the protrusion will It can be fixed directly to the flat part of the

(g) Effects of the invention As described above, in the present invention, the mounting brackets fixed to both ends of the tube-shaped heater are directly fixed to the protrusion of the rectangular mounting plate. In addition, since the height with respect to the bulging portion is accurately set during molding, there is no need for dedicated support legs, and assembly and workability are improved. Also,
As mentioned above, since support legs are not required, the number of fixed parts is reduced, and the cause of wobbling at the end of the heater can be eliminated. Particularly in the case of a heater using a thin tube, by directly attaching and fixing the mounting bracket at the end of the heater to the protruding part of the mounting plate, there is a gap between the heater and the protruding part of the mounting plate at the same time as the heater is fixed. Since a uniform air gap is formed, the range of the temperature rise of the mounting plate can be accurately known at the time of design, and the size of the air gap can be set to the minimum, making it possible to make the heater unit thinner. I can do it. Further, although the mounting plate becomes high in temperature due to radiant heat from the heater transmitted through the gap, the temperature of the frame body is shielded by a heat insulating plate provided on the upper surface of the mounting plate and is prevented from reaching a high temperature. Furthermore, since the lead wires of the heater are introduced into the space formed by the protrusion and the heat insulating plate, the space becomes larger, wiring work becomes easier, and the lead wires can be arranged in a concentrated manner.
