て、運搬積載効率が大幅に向上し、部品の標準化と構造
の簡素化により量産が可能となつて、コストの低減を図
ることができ、またラツク製作が容易となつて、省力化
を図ることができるラツク装置を提供することを目的と

まりはみ出すこともなく、ボルトナツトを全く使用して
いないため、紛失のおそれがなく、運搬効率が向上す
る。また現場での組み立てに際しては、ラツク柱に固定
された棚受材金具と、差込み隙間確保用のプレートを介
して固定された棚材支持用の差込み金具の隙間に、中空
の補助棚材を該プレートの端面まで差し込めばよいの
で、組み立てが容易である。しかも、棚受材金具に溶接
固定された隙間確保用のプレートは補助棚材の肉厚に相
当する厚さを有するので、中空の補助棚材を該プレート
の端面まで正確にぴつたり差し込むことができ、ラツク
柱に対して該補助棚材の装着が安定する。そして、組み
立てについても、ボルトナツトによる締着がないため、
取付け作業が短時間ですむことになる。また棚材のオー
バーハング量が変化しても、補助棚材の変更のみで、他
の部品は標準部品として、量産化が可能であり、またラ
ツク幅以内の金具取付けのため、従来のオーバーハング
量が大きい棚材とラツク柱の治具溶接作業および装置を
必要としないなど、本考案の奏する効果は、きわめて大
