Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate on-the-spot installation by providing a connecting plate part in a slit end edge of a C-shaped sectional strut having a slit and inserting the end of a connecting material between the slits of the oppositely facing paired struts so as to be fixed to the connecting plate part, in case of the captioned structure for an automatized warehouse. CONSTITUTION:A strut 2 is formed by protrusively providing a connecting plate part 26 in both end edges of a slit 24, being formed by mutually opposed facing outer plate parts 21, inner plate parts 22 and right and left side plate parts 23, 23 into a C-shaped section. A reinforcing recessed part 25 is formed in the outer plate part 21 of the strut 2. The slit 24 is opposed facing to the one pair of struts 2, 2, and between their connecting plate parts 26, a horizon tally connecting material 3 is inserted and fixed by a connecting fixture 29 with the connecting plate part 26, while a diagonal material 4 is fixed. By this constitution, on-the-spot installation is facilitated.

Conventional technology A shelf onto which goods are loaded and unloaded by a forklift truck or a loading/unloading device in an automated warehouse is fixed by connecting the front and rear columns 61 with diagonal members 62 and longitudinal beams 63, as shown in FIG. 7, for example. Furthermore, the left and right columns 61 are connected and assembled by a cross beam member 64. Additionally, armrests 65 are provided protruding from the opposing positions of the left and right columns 61, and arm rails 66 for supporting a load 67 are attached between the front and rear armrests 65.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, since the assembled shelves have a large volume, it is difficult to transport them to nearby areas.
There was no problem with transportation, but transportation costs were high when transporting to remote locations. In addition, the diagonal material that connects the columns is cut diagonally at the end so that it is attached to the side of the column. It required advanced welding techniques as it was welded against a surface.

The horizontal member 3 and diagonal member 4 that connect the front and rear columns 2 are, for example, mutually opposing side plates 3a, 4a and these side plates 3a.
, 4a are connected at side edges, and a channel-shaped one is used. As shown in Figure 1,
The column 2 is arranged in front and rear positions so that the connecting plate parts 26 face each other, and connecting holes 28 are formed in the end side plates 3a and 4a between the connecting plate parts 26 in which the connecting holes 27 are formed. Horizontal members 3 and diagonal members 4 are inserted and reconnection holes 27.2
A rivet 29 (an example of a connector) is inserted into the 8 and tightened. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, at both ends of the horizontal member 3 and the diagonal member 4, a reinforcing portion 30 is formed in which the connecting plates 3b and 4b are folded back between the side plates 3a and 4b to reach the vicinity of the connecting hole 28. This prevents deformation of the horizontal member 3 and diagonal member 4 due to tightening of the rivet 29. Further, here, the rivet 29 may be a single long rivet that is inserted between both the connecting plate parts 26, and as shown in FIG. 29' may also be used.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment. The connection strength between the support 2 and the horizontal member 3 or diagonal member 4 is determined by
It is greatly influenced by the shear strength between the connecting hole 27 and the distance 2 to the tip edge. Therefore, in this embodiment, the pillar 4
A folded portion 43 is formed by bending the tip end edge of the first connecting plate portion 42 by 90 degrees to the side over the entire length of the connecting plate portion 42,
The shear strength of the connected parts has been improved.

FIG. 6 shows still another embodiment in which the interval d between the slits 52 of the support column 51 is narrowed, and in this case, the horizontal member 53
The ends of the diagonal members 54 are formed into an open flat shape using a press or the like, and are inserted between the connecting plate portions 55 and fixed with rivets 56. In this embodiment, cylindrical pipes can be used for the horizontal members 53 and diagonal members 54.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the strength of the column in which the slit is formed is ensured by the reinforcing recess, and furthermore, by inserting the connecting member between the connecting plate parts and fixing it with the connector, the column can be strengthened. Since the pieces are connected via connecting members and can be easily assembled on site, welding work can be eliminated, the shelves can be transported as child parts, and transportation costs can be reduced.
