[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial field of application] The present invention can be applied to a plant culture vessel used for plant seedling production, genetic test research, etc., which has become widespread with the development of plant biotechnology. The present invention relates to a culture container having a novel structure for cultivating plant, that is, efficient culture management of plant micropropagation.

[Prior Art] An attempt to culture and proliferate a plant by using a tissue, an organ, or the like as a material in a container is widely known. In these known techniques, the medium components are simply dispensed into agar and solidified, and then used. In this case, it is sufficient for simple growth of tissue sections and growth of callus tissue, but when organ formation is required, transplantation into a separate culture bottle containing a nutrient source that meets the desired organ formation conditions is required. It is usually done. For so-called plant micropropagation, since multiple culture media are used, there are many opportunities for contamination by miscellaneous bacteria, and to grow plants that are practical seedlings,
It is common to provide and manage a special place for acclimatization.

[Means for Solving Problems] The condition of tissue and organ culture and root growth culture is shown in the figure, and the structure of the culture container according to the present invention is provided in a two-stage structure, so that plant growth can be achieved. It became possible to grow vegetatively according to the stage.

[Action] By allowing the two-step nutritional conditions to be set, it is possible to manage and maintain smoothly in the same container from the autotrophic growth stage centered on sugar to the parallel growth of roots to other vegetative growth. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide an acclimatizing and growing environment for plants that have reached the seedling stage. The seedlings that have entered the planting season are adequate for their purposes by removing the cap (1) a few days before.

As the agar medium (3), a general tissue culture medium such as Murashige formulation containing sugar is used. If necessary, a growth regulator such as a plant hormone is also added to this medium.
The dripping of (1) may be partial, but when using plant organ tissue collected in the field as the material, it is preferable that the entire surface be sealed in consideration of transportation.

[Effects of the Invention] With the use of the culture container of the present invention having the above-mentioned contents,
Production of general plant bio seedlings can be carried out with simple management. Especially, special operation such as acclimation culture is not required,
We can provide practical seedlings.
