Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the collapse of a sash and glass at the time of a fire by hooking and connecting an indoor side frame material and an outdoor side frame material with a support member made of multiple fitting pieces connected by a metal wire. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating material 5 and an airtight material 6 are inserted between members of a metal sash constituted of an indoor side frame material 1, an outdoor side frame material 2, a frame 3, and a bead 4, and glass 7 is fitted. Multiple fitting pieces 9 made of metal or ceramic are caulked to a metal wire 11 and fitted. A pair of coupling sections 10 of a support member 8 are coupled and hooked with projections inside the frame materials 1, 2 and integrally connected. Even if the heat insulating material 5 disappears at the time of a fire, the collapse and destruction of the sash and glass due to the deformation of the frame materials 2, 3 can be prevented, the fire resistance can be maintained, the support member 8 can be easily fitted, and the reduction of the appearance and decorative design can be prevented because the support member 8 is installed inside the sash.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years,
Insulation of buildings is rapidly spreading due to the establishment of the energy-saving concept, and floors, walls, ceilings, and other parts have been greatly insulated by the inclusion of glass wool or other heat insulating materials. On the other hand, compared with the heat insulation in the blind part as described above, the heat insulation measures in the opening part are considerably delayed. In particular, the higher the heat insulation of the outer wall, the greater the proportion of the opening in the heating load. In view of such a current situation, recently, by interposing a resin material (heat insulating material) having a small thermal conductivity in the middle portion of the sash frame material, it is possible to suppress the heat transmission coefficient and also to prevent dew condensation on the glass. A fireproof, heat-insulating sash has been proposed. Such a heat insulating sash has a certain level of performance in terms of heat insulating property. However, the conventional heat insulating sash has a defect in safety. That is, when a fire occurs and the heat insulating material fitted with the frame material disappears, there is a risk that the frame material may deform and the sash itself may collapse, or the glass part may collapse, etc. There is a possibility that problems may occur in the fire resistance and flame barrier properties. In the case of this type of heat insulation sash, the frame part has to be made small and compact due to the requirement to make the opening area (glass part) as large as possible. From the design point of view, measures against such danger have been considered in the past. It wasn't.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems in the prior art, the present inventor found that the use of a specific support member was extremely effective, and completed the present invention. It was That is, the present invention is a heat insulating sash configured by interposing a heat insulating material and an airtight material between the indoor side frame material and the outdoor side frame material, the ridge, and the frame, and further, the indoor side frame material and the outdoor side frame material. And a plurality of mounting pieces are connected by a supporting member in which a plurality of mounting pieces are connected by a metal wire.

The heat insulating sash of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic side sectional view of a heat insulating sash according to the present invention. The entire structure of the heat insulating sash of the present invention is substantially the same as that of the conventional heat insulating sash. The structure will be briefly described. 1 is an indoor frame member, 2 is an outdoor frame member, and a frame 3 and a ridge 4 are present on the upper portion of the indoor frame member 1 (all of these materials are aluminum alloys). A heat insulating material 5 made of a heat resistant resin such as hard polyvinyl chloride or polyamide, and an airtight material 6 made of chloroprene rubber or the like are interposed between them. 5 and the airtight material 6 are formed in an appropriate shape so as to fit the frame shape, and 7 is glass.

Next, FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a typical shape of the support member 8 in which a plurality of mounting pieces, which are characteristic members of the present invention, are connected by metal wires. The mounting piece 9 has a pair of fitting portions 10 and 10 that fit into the protrusions provided on the indoor frame member and the outdoor frame member, respectively. The shape is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the frame portion is as small as possible within the range that satisfies the required strength due to the request to make the frame portion as compact as possible. Further, its thickness may be appropriately selected according to the strength. The material of the mounting piece 9 is not particularly limited as long as it is fire resistant, but from the viewpoint of strength, dimensional stability and the like, metal such as steel and stainless steel, ceramic and the like are preferable. A plurality of the mounting pieces 9 are connected by metal wires 11 to form a support member 8. By so doing, the uniformity of the pitch of the mounting pieces is maintained, and at the same time, the mounting pieces are prevented from falling or moving. As a method of connecting the plurality of mounting pieces 9 with the metal wire 11, for example, a method may be used in which a hole is formed substantially in the center of the mounting piece 9 and the metal wire is passed through and then caulked so as not to drop. At this time, the pitch of the plurality of mounting pieces may be appropriately determined according to the required strength. The length of the metal wire may be substantially the same as the length of the bottom of the frame material.

The present invention is characterized in that the indoor side frame member and the outdoor side frame member are connected by the support member 8, and the installation position, the number, etc. are not particularly limited, but as shown in FIG. It is preferable in terms of design to provide it in the space between the airtight materials 6, 6. FIG. 3 is a front view of another example of the heat insulating sash of the present invention, and such a case is also included in the category of the present invention.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The heat insulating sash of the present invention is excellent in heat insulating property, and even if the heat insulating material disappears due to fire, the frame material and the shoji material deform and the sash itself collapses. It is possible to maintain the fire resistance without causing a risk that the glass portion will fall down or the like, and it is extremely safe. Moreover, the supporting member itself is small and easy to install, and since the supporting member is installed inside the sash (for example, the space between the airtight members 6 and 6), the appearance design of the sash is not damaged. It is extremely practical.
