Abstract

PURPOSE:To promote waterproof efficiency of a slab and, at the same time, reduce working steps to curtail a construction period by burying welded wire nets laid along the upper end bars in a waterproof concrete layer to which a cement waterproof agent is added and supplied, and applying a water repellent and reinforced waterproof agent to the external surface of the waterproof concrete layer. CONSTITUTION:Welded wire nets 2 are provided on the upper side of the upper end bars 1 laid on an installation place of a slab A in advance with bind wires. After that, a waterproof concrete layer 3 to which a cement waterproof agent is mixedly added is placed. The placed waterproof concrete layer 3 is levelled while holding the surface thereof, and after it is solidified and stabilized, a water repellent and reinforced waterproof agent layer 4 is applied thereto. Accordingly, cracks occurring in the case of solidification of the concrete layer 3 are dispersed and, at the same time, the incursion of resin component of the waterproof agent 4 in the concrete layer fills the cracks. According to the constitution, waterproof efficiency is promoted, and a construction period is curtailed with simple work, to reduce expenses greatly.

2. Description of the Related Art In the conventional concrete waterproofing method, as shown in FIG. 3, a waterproof layer 5 is formed on a concrete layer 3 ', which is a base, with asphalt, urethane, a sheet or the like, and then the waterproof layer 5 is formed thereon. It is very common to lay a holding concrete layer 6 to prevent floating and further provide a finishing layer 7 such as mortar on the holding concrete layer 6 to finish the surface of the concrete layer 6 smoothly. .

However, in the waterproof method in the above-mentioned conventional example, in addition to the waterproof layer 5, the pressing concrete layer 6 for stabilizing the waterproof layer 5 and the surface of the pressing concrete layer 6 are further provided. A finishing layer 7 for smoothing must be provided, and not only is it troublesome, but each layer cannot be sequentially laminated unless it is in a solidified and stable state, and the working time (construction period) becomes long. Overall, the cost was extremely high. Therefore, the present invention addresses these drawbacks and provides a reinforced waterproof construction method that can be performed quickly and inexpensively.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings. When constructing a slab A such as a rooftop or a veranda, first of all, along the upper side of the upper end streak 1 already laid at the slab installation site, Wire diameter 3.2mm, mesh 100
After the welding wire mesh 2 of 1 is attached by the bind wire, the waterproof concrete layer 3 in which the cement waterproofing agent is added and mixed is cast to embed the upper end streak 1 and the welding wire mesh 2. For example, cement 3
00 kg, wortite 4.5 (l) mixed with water 175.5 (l) was used, and the surface of the cast waterproof concrete layer 3 was pressed down evenly and dried sufficiently. Then, when the curing is stable, the water repellent reinforced waterproofing agent layer 4 penetrates into the waterproofing concrete layer 3 at about 0.5 per square meter.
Complete by sprinkling or applying ~ 1.0 (l).

In the slab A thus obtained, the strength of the concrete used as the main material for the concrete is improved by the cement waterproofing agent, and the cracks generated when the waterproof concrete layer 3 is hardened are dispersed by the welding wire net 2. However, fine hair cracks that are invisible to the naked eye are suppressed, and conspicuous cracks that extend from the surface layer to the deep layer are suppressed, and at the same time, they are dispersed in the minute hair cracks generated when the waterproof concrete layer 3 hardens. The water-repellent strengthened waterproof agent layer 4 (resin component) enters and becomes clogged to prevent water from entering, and the water-repellent strengthened waterproof agent layer 4 removes water due to the characteristics of the water-repellent strengthened waterproof agent layer 4. A waterproof effect is obtained.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a cement waterproofing agent is provided with cracks generated when the waterproofing concrete layer is hardened by embedding a welding wire mesh together with the upper end streak in the waterproofing concrete layer mixed with the cement waterproofing agent as described above. In addition to the effect of being dispersed as fine hair cracks, after the waterproof concrete layer is hardened, a water-repellent strengthening waterproofing agent is applied. The resin component of the water repellent reinforced waterproof agent penetrates and clogs, and the waterproof performance is remarkably enhanced by preventing the infiltration of water and repelling water. Further, in the present invention, since the cracks of the waterproof concrete layer are dispersed in the fine hair cracks, the necessary and sufficient waterproofness can be obtained only by providing the water repellent reinforced waterproofing agent layer as the post-treatment. Since it does not require multiple lamination processes, it is a simple work, the construction period is significantly shortened, the labor cost is reduced, and the overall cost is significantly reduced.
