料槽には傾斜端部とその傾斜端部に隣接する一側とに排
出口をそれぞれ形成し、材料槽内には少なくとも2つの
ロール軸を一定間隔に配設し、ロール軸の固定端を固定
フレーム上に配設した軸受台座の軸受を通して固定フレ
ームから突設させ、軸受台座の両側の小孔と固定フレー
ムの長円形孔とスライドプレート上の小孔とに貫通させ
た後にナットで固定したボルトで軸受台座とスライドプ
レートとを固定フレームに移動可能に取付け、固定フレ
ームの側板に形成した小孔に貫通させてスライドプレー
ト上のねじ孔に調整ねじを螺合させ、調整ねじにスナッ
プリングを設けて調整ねじを側板に固定し、調整ねじの
回転によりスライドプレートと軸受台座とを固定フレー
ム上に沿って移動させてロール軸間の間隙を調整可能と
し、ロール軸の固定端に取付けた従動ホイールと材料槽
の枠フレーム上に固定したモータ上に装着した主動ホイ
ールとアイドルホイールとにベルトを掛け廻してロール
軸を回転可能にし、枠フレームの長円形孔とスライドプ
レートの透孔とに貫通させた後にナットで固定したボル
トでアイドルホイールとスライドプレートとを枠フレー
ムに移動可能に取付け、枠フレームの透孔を通してスラ
イドプレートのねじ孔に調整ねじを螺合し、調整ねじに
スナップリングを設けて調整ねじを枠フレームに固定
し、調整ねじの回転によりスライドプレートとアイドル
プレートとを上下移動させてベルトのはり具合いを調整
