めに取付けたことを特徴とする貝類の等級分別装置。

た後にナットで固定し、ボルトをねじ孔と固定フレーム
の側板に形成した小孔に貫通させ、ボルトの環状凹溝に
スナップリングを設けてボルトを側板に固定し、ボルト
の回転によりスライドプレートと軸受台座を固定フレー
ム上に沿って移動させてロール軸間の間隙を調整可能と
し、ロール軸の固定端にはプーリー駆動装置を設け、プ
ーリー駆動装置をモータと、主動ホイールと、従動ホイ
ールと、アイドルホイールと、ベルトと、アイドルホイ
ール調整ねじと、スライドプレートとから構成し、モー
タを材料槽の右側の枠フレーム上に固定し、モータ上に
は主動ホイールを装置し、二つの従動ホイールをロール
軸の軸受台座に突設した固定端に装着し、アイドルホイ
ールをボルトで枠フレームの長円形孔とスライドプレー
トの透孔に固定し、調整ねじを枠フレームの透孔とスラ
イドプレートのねじ孔に貫通させて螺合し、ボルトにス
ナップリングを設けてボルトを枠フレームに固定し、調
整ねじの回転によりスライドプレートとアイドルホイー
ルを上下移動させてベルトのはり具合いを調整可能に
し、ロール軸の両固定端を材料槽の両側の軸受調整装置
の軸受台座に装置し、軸受台座の調整によりロール軸間
の間隙を調整可能にし、プーリー駆動装置の両従動ホイ
ールを両ロール軸の固定端に装置し、モータ上の主動ホ
イール回転をロール軸に伝送して両ロール軸を回転可能
にし、等級分別ユニットをボルトで外枠上の支持板上に
固定し、ハンドホイール及びねじ杆により等級分別ユニ
ットの傾斜角度を調整可能にし、外枠の底部には運搬ホ
イールと脚台とを設けたことを特徴とする請求項1に記
載の貝類の等級分別装置。
