Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a decorative sheet, which has high design properties in alignment with unevenness, of a decorative base having unevenness on the surface, by a method wherein a decorative pattern is provided on a joint part of the decorative base whose surface form is comprised of a large-built unevenness by making use of flexography. CONSTITUTION:Printing ink 10 is transferred to a transfer form plate having a projected part in harmony with a joint pattern of a decorative sheet through a printing form plate 8 to which a solid and desirous design patterns are provided, the ink is transferred to a joint part of the decorative sheet 6 and decoration of the joint part is provided. The using ink is selected out of flexographic ink. Then since transfer of a pattern of a transfer film 7 is performed by a transfer roll 5 by making use of the transfer film 7 constituted of a base film, peeling layer, pattern layer and adhesive layer, the pattern can be provided on the projected part of the decorative sheet.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various decorative boards have been used for exterior and interior of houses and as furniture members, but in recent years, products having unevenness on the surface have become popular along with the tendency toward high quality and high design. It has become popular. In the case of a conventional product having a flat surface, as a method of providing a pattern on the surface, for example, a method of laminating a film on which a pattern is printed on the surface can be used, but when the surface has irregularities For this reason, there was no choice but to resort to a simple method such as painting a single color paint or sprinkling sand.

In order to solve this problem, the present invention uses a flexographic printing method to decorate concave portions (hereinafter, referred to as joints) of a decorative plate base material having a large surface irregularity. Provided is a method for manufacturing a decorative board, which is characterized by applying a pattern.

The present invention will be described in detail below. In Figure 3,
The state where the pattern is applied to the joint portion of the decorative plate by flexographic printing is shown. The printing ink is transferred from the printing plate 8 on which the solid pattern and the desired pattern are applied to the transfer plate 9 having a convex portion that matches the joint pattern of the decorative plate, and the ink is transferred to the joints of the decorative plate 6. Depending on the situation, the joints are decorated. The ink to be used is selected from conventionally known flexographic printing inks in consideration of the durability of the final product.

Further, a base film 1 as shown in FIG.
By using a transfer film composed of a peeling layer 2, a pattern layer 3, and an adhesive layer 4, the pattern on the transfer film 7 is transferred by a transfer roll 5 as shown in FIG. A pattern can be provided on. The transfer to the convex portion may be performed before or after the printing of the joint portion. In addition, clear coating may be appropriately applied on the surface for surface protection.

EXAMPLE A brick without joints was formed by applying a polyvinyl butyral resin as a release layer on the surface of a semi-rigid vinyl chloride film having a thickness of 75 μm, and then using a gravure printing method using an ink having a vinyl chloride resin as a binder. A pattern was printed, and a polyester resin was applied as an adhesive layer to prepare a transfer film. On the other hand, a fiber-reinforced cement plate having a brick-like concavo-convex pattern was used as a decorative plate substrate, and both were transferred by a transfer device at a roll temperature of 120 ° C.
Then, by introducing it into a flexographic printing apparatus equipped with a transfer plate having a convex portion corresponding to the shape of the joint portion of the brick-like decorative board, the joint portion was provided with a dark gray crack pattern.
