Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the heat efficiency of a cooking utensil by concentrating the heating to the cooking utensil and preventing heat from radiating from the cooking utensil by using an heat insulating cover. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating cover 1 which is adjusted to the shape of a kettle 4 (a main body 5 and lid 6 of the kettle is taken to be a single body) has holes 12 through which the handle of the kettle is made to pass, an incision 13 and a hole 12A for a knob of the lid.
