Reference numeral 20 denotes a router machine (engraving machine), and as this machine, ZXU-14BY manufactured by Shinko Kogyo Co., Ltd. can be used. 21 is a table, 22 is a floor tile, 23 is a spindle head, 24 is a cylinder, 25 is a spindle, 26 is an X-axis slider, 27 is a lifting base, 28 is a cutting tool, 29 is a control panel,
The cutting conditions and the like are shown on the CRT on the control panel 29. Based on this information, the driving force from a motor (not shown) causes the spindle 25 to rotate and the cylinder 2 having the spindle therein.
4 moves along the X-axis slider 26, and the table 21 moves along the Y-axis to obtain a grooved pattern. At this time, the cylinder 24 moves up and down along the lift base 27 as necessary. In this way, the floor tile 22 having a thickness of 2 to 5 mm has a groove pattern (dotted line A) in which the cutting tool 29 at the tip of the spindle head 23 reaches to a position of about half of the total thickness. The engraved grooves are colored or filled with a colorant different from the floor tile 22.
