Further, the application of the pattern by rolling can eliminate the directionality of the pattern, but the pattern becomes blurred, and only a monotonous pattern can be obtained. Further, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No.
According to JP-A-193334, a marble pattern can be obtained by applying a pattern by rolling a pattern sheet at a right angle to the flow direction or a cold mark pattern by using a rolling roll, but a deep three-dimensional pattern cannot be obtained. Was.

FIG. 1 is a manufacturing process diagram of the decorative material of the present invention. 1 thermoplastic resin, plasticizer, filler, stabilizer, pigment
A resin mass (pad) 3 is mixed by a Banbury mixer 1 set at 20 to 160 ° C. and kneaded with a mixing roll 2 set at 100 to 150 ° C.
To manufacture. Here, polyvinyl chloride resin (hereinafter referred to as PVC resin), EVA (ethylene-
Vinyl acetate copolymer), polyethylene, polypropylene, acrylic resin, etc., and DHP as a plasticizer.
(Diisoheptyl phthalate), DOP (di-2 phthalate)
Non-transparent fillers such as calcium carbonate are added as fillers, such as -ethylhexyl). As a filler, 10 parts by weight of a transparent filler is added to 100 parts by weight of the binder resin.
Up to 400 parts can be added. Calcium carbonate may also be added as a filler in an amount of from 0 to 800 parts by weight, but the non-transparent filler in the upper layer of the pattern is preferably as small as 200 parts by weight or less. Ba-Zn based stabilizers can be added as stabilizers.

It is formed into a sheet of 2.5 mm, and is further cut into an appropriate length by a cutter 11 to form a flow pattern sheet 12A as an upper layer of the pattern.
Get. On the other hand, chips having a higher opaque filler content than the flow pattern sheet 12A are processed in the same manner to produce 0.5 to 5.0 m.
The sheet is formed into a sheet having a thickness of m and further cut into an appropriate length with a cutter to obtain a flow pattern sheet 12B as a lower layer of the pattern. This flow pattern sheet 12B is a pattern lower layer. The obtained pattern upper layer 12A is laminated from above the pattern lower layer 12B to obtain a decorative layer. The direction of the pattern lower layer 12B is changed by 90 degrees using a turntable, and after the pattern upper layer 12A is laminated from above, the calender roll 16 rolls while heating with the heater 15.
