Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure the non-skid foot in roofing and carry out the smooth drainage by structuring the roofing members by arranging a plurality of uneveness parts formed from the projecting and recessed stripes on the upper surface of a roof ground, in parallel in a specific direction. CONSTITUTION:On a roof member ground A, a plurality of recessed grooves 2 are formed in an equal interval so as to be parallel in the longitudinal direction by heating and pressing the upper surface of a waterproof sheet member 1 which is formed by laminating the synthetic resin sheets 1b. Between the contiguous recessed grooves 2, a number of projecting stripes 3 which are inclined aslantly, keeping a specific angle are formed in parallel, and the part between the contiguous projecting stripes 3 is formed to a projecting stripe 4. Further, each direction of the projecting stripe 3 and the recessed stripe 4 between the recessed stripes 2 is formed reverse, and the edge part of each recessed stripe 4 is allowed to communicate to the recessed groove 2. Then, a roof member is structured on the constitution in which the roof member sheet A which is thus constituted is laid over the whole surface on the roof ground such as the sheathing roof board.

2. Description of the Related Art A conventional roofing base sheet is simply formed in a sheet shape with a synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride. This roof base sheet is laid on a roof base such as a field board, and a roofing material is put on the roof basement to prevent water that has entered from the roofing material from entering the roof base.

However, the upper surface of the roof base sheet is merely a smooth surface, and there is a problem that the foot slips when the roof base sheet is mounted on and the roof material is constructed. Further, since the upper surface is a smooth surface, there is a problem that the water cannot be drained smoothly when the water enters.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to prevent slipping when a roofing material is constructed and to smoothly drain water even if water invades. It is in providing the sheet.

In order to achieve the above object, the roofing base sheet A of the present invention is a waterproof sheet material 1
The recessed grooves 2 are provided in parallel on the upper surface of the so as to extend in the longitudinal direction in parallel with each other, and a large number of slanted ridges 3 which are inclined obliquely are provided between the adjacent recessed ridges 2 in parallel and the adjacent ridges 3 are recessed. It is characterized by being formed as Article 4.

According to the above construction, since the projections 3, the recesses 4, and the recesses 2 are provided with irregularities, the feet can be prevented from slipping when the roofing material is constructed. Further, the water can be smoothly drained along the groove 4 and the groove 2 so that the invaded water is not accumulated. Further, an air layer is formed between the groove 4 and the groove 2 between the groove and the roof material, and heat insulation can be improved.

EXAMPLES As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a roof base sheet A has a plurality of concave grooves 2 formed on the upper surface of a waterproof sheet material 1.
Are provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction, a large number of slanted ridges 3 that are inclined between adjacent recessed grooves 2 are provided in parallel, and adjacent ridges 3 are formed as recessed ridges 4. The sheet material 1 is a hygroscopic paper 1a and a synthetic resin 1 such as vinyl chloride on top of it.
It is formed by stacking b, and the groove 2, the ridge 3, and the groove 4 are formed by heating and pressing the upper surface with a roll. A plurality of recessed grooves 2 are provided at equal intervals so as to be parallel to the longitudinal direction of the sheet material 1. The ridges 3 and the ridges 4 are formed between the grooves 2 so as to be inclined by about 30 ° with respect to the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the grooves 2. Further, the directions of the protrusions 3 and the recesses 4 between the adjacent recessed grooves 2 are opposite. The end of each groove 4 communicates with the groove 2. The roof substrate sheet A having the above-described structure is laid over the entire surface of a roof substrate such as a roof plate.
The roofing material is laid on the roof.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY As described above, the roof base sheet of the present invention is provided with parallel grooves at appropriate intervals on the upper surface of a waterproof sheet material so as to extend in the longitudinal direction, and is inclined obliquely between adjacent grooves. Since a large number of ridges are provided in parallel and the space between adjacent ridges is a concave line, unevenness due to ridges, ridges or grooves exists on the top surface to prevent slipping of the foot when constructing roofing material. In addition, it is possible to smoothly drain water along the groove and groove after construction so that invading water does not collect, and there is an air layer between the groove and groove and the roof material. It is possible to improve heat insulation.
