間の壁際で下屋の屋根2の棟部から水下用水切りシート
Aまで亘るように断面L字状の壁際水切りシートBを敷
いてあり、壁際水切りシートBの一方の側片及び他方の
側片が屋根下地シート10を介して下地8及び野字板9に
当接してある。この壁際水切りシートBも合成樹脂やゴ
ム等(薄金属板をインサートしたものを含む)にて形成
されており、複数条の水切りひれ12を突設してある。壁
際水切りシートBの水下側の端部は水下用水切りシート
Aの上に重ねてある。壁際の棟部には断面L字状の棟部
水切りシートCを跨ぐように配置してあり、棟部水切り
シートCを壁際水切りシートBの水上側の端部に重ねて

るように敷き、下屋の屋根に葺く屋根瓦の水下側のスタ
ータ用屋根瓦を水下用水切りシートの上に載置すると共
にスタータ用屋根瓦の壁際の水下側の角部に設けた三角
形状の切り欠きに水下用水切りシートの水切り突部を位
置させ、水切り突部と切り欠き縁との間に排水用隙間を
