However, in such a roof panel, when tile boards are arranged in multiple rows of two rows or three rows and attached to the board, rainwater flows from the end faces of the tile boards in adjacent rows to the lower side of the tile boards. There is a problem in that it is difficult to ensure waterproofness due to infiltration. The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to provide a roof panel excellent in waterproofness.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to embodiments. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which a roof panel A has a roof plate 2, a roof tile A, a roof tile A, a roof tile A, a roof tile A, a roof tile A, a roof tile A, a roof tile A, a roof tile A, a roof tile A, a roof tile A, and a roof tile A.
Is formed by stretching and fixing a plurality of sheets in the eaves ridge direction (the left-right direction of the paper surface in FIG. 1B), and the substrate 1 is a face plate 9 formed on the upper side of the frame body 8 by plywood or the like. It is formed by attaching. The frame body 8 functions as a rafter and the face plate 9 functions as a base plate. The roof tiles 2,2 ... are arranged in the direction of the eaves by connecting the eaves side end on the eaves side end so that they are connected in a stepwise manner. They are arranged in two rows in a direction parallel to. A draining sheet 3 is attached on the substrate 1 through a waterproof sheet 10 over the entire length of the substrate 1 in the eaves direction so as to extend between the lower surfaces of the two rows of tile boards 2, 2. As shown in (a), the two rows of roof tiles 2 and 2 are attached to the substrate 1 by stacking their opposing ends on the draining sheet 3. The draining sheet 3 is made of a soft synthetic resin into which a thin metal core material is inserted, and is formed in a long strip shape. The draining sheet 3 has a plurality of rows of draining protrusions 4, 4 formed of the soft synthetic resin on the upper surface thereof.
... is projected over the entire length. The draining protrusions 4, 4 ... Are provided symmetrically with respect to the center of the draining sheet 3 in the width direction, and each draining protrusion 4, 4, ... Projects obliquely upward toward the center of the draining sheet 3. It is tilted like this. Then, the opposite ends of the roof tiles 2,2 ... in one row of the roof tiles 2,2 ... which are attached in two rows are placed on the half of the draining sheet 2 and the roof tiles 2,2 ... in the other row. When the opposite ends are piled up on the other half of the draining sheet 2, the draining projections 4, 4 ... Are elastically contacted with the lower surfaces of the opposite ends of the roof tiles 2, 2. Is. Further, as shown in FIG. 1 (a), a draining sheet 3 formed in the same manner as above on the waterproof sheet 10 over the entire length in the eaves direction is attached to one side end portion of the upper surface of the substrate 1. There is. The roof tiles 2 in the left column of FIG. 1 (a) are attached so that their side ends are overlapped on approximately half of the width direction of the draining sheet 3, and the side ends of the tile plates 2 of the draining sheet 3 are The other approximately half that cannot be overlapped is exposed as an exposed portion 3a. The roof tiles 2 in the right column of FIG. 1 (a) are attached so that the side ends thereof protrude outward from the side ends of the substrate 1 as protrusions 2a. Therefore, even if rainwater flows in between the opposing side end faces of the adjacent tiled boards 2,2, the rainwater flows around to the back side of the tiled board 2 and enters the draining sheet 4, 3 ... It can be blocked. Rainwater that has flowed onto the draining sheet 3 is discharged from the eaves of the draining sheet 3. When constructing a roof using the roof panel A formed as described above, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of roof structures such as a main house 12, purlins 13, and eaves girders 14 are provided along the ridge. The roof panels A can be placed side by side and fixed with bolts and nuts or the like. Adjacent roof panels A, A are connected left and right by overlapping the protruding portion 2a of the roof tile 2 of the other roof panel A on the exposed portion 3a of the draining sheet 3 of one roof panel A. Is. The roof panel A has a plurality of roof tiles 2,
Since 2 is provided, it becomes possible to perform roofing at the same time by attaching the roof panel A, which eliminates the troublesome work of roofing a large number of tiles on the roof. The roof panel A can be installed by hoisting the roof panel A with the wire 15 of the crane. After the installation of the roof panel A, the ridge wrap 16 is attached along the ridge of the roof panel A, the nose cover 17 is attached along the eaves, and the windbreak plate 18 is attached to the side of the roof panel A at the end of the wife side. By attaching the, the construction of the roof can be finished. A roof panel A as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b) is used at one end of the roof on the side of the roof (the end on the right side in FIG. 4). In this roof panel A, a veil draining plate 19 is attached to the lower side of the protruding portion 2a of the roof tile 2, and an edge draining sheet 20 is attached to the lower side of the tile board 2 on the substrate 1 in this portion. . Kebab draining board 19
Is formed by bending a metal plate into a long length,
It is arranged to be attached over the entire length along the edge of the substrate 1. Similar to the draining sheet 3, the edge draining sheet 20 is made of a soft synthetic resin into which a thin metal core material is inserted and is formed in a long strip shape, and a plurality of rows of soft synthetic resin are formed on the upper surface thereof. The water draining projections 21, 21 ... Are made to project over the entire length and are attached along the entire length along the edge of the substrate 1. A roof panel A as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b) is used at the other end of the roof on the side of the roof (the left end in FIG. 4). In this roof panel A, tile board 2,
2 ... are arranged in three rows and attached, and draining sheets 3 and 3 are provided on the lower side between the opposing ends of the tile boards 2 and 2 in adjacent rows, respectively, as in the case of FIG. There is. Further, as shown in FIG. 3 (a), below the projecting portion 2a of the roof tile 2 in the leftmost row, a veil draining plate 19 and an edge draining sheet 20 are attached as in the case of FIG. .

As described above, in the present invention, the drainer sheet is attached on the substrate so as to extend between the lower surfaces of the tile boards in the adjacent rows, and the plurality of drainer protrusions protruding from the upper surface of the drainer sheet are provided on each roof tile. Since it is elastically contacted with the bottom surface of the board, even if rainwater enters between the end faces of the tile boards in the adjacent rows, this rainwater is blocked by the draining projections of the draining sheet, and the rainwater is below the tile board. It is possible to prevent infiltration and to ensure high waterproofness.
