All of the conventional techniques described above are those in which the water to be passed is taken out by passing it into the over chamber of a specified volume. It is irrational to do so. On the other hand, there is a problem in that the manufacturer has to manufacture and store multiple models having different capacities, which requires an uneconomical manufacturing plan to meet the demand.

The unit for the first stage is supplied with perfused water through the perfused water inlet (for example, tap water supplied from a tap)
However, after entering the over chamber of this unit and being purified as it flows down in the over chamber, it enters the water chamber on the side from the lower part of the over chamber. The water that has entered this water chamber exits from the upper outlet of this water chamber, passes through the inlet of the next unit, and enters the over chamber of that unit (for example, when a unit for an intermediate stage is interposed). , From the unit for the first stage to the unit for the intermediate stage).

The unit for the intermediate stage has an inlet that can be connected to the outlet of the unit for the first stage, and this unit for the intermediate stage is provided with an outlet that can be connected to the inlet of the unit for the final stage. Therefore, the water to be permeated reaches from the unit for the first stage to the unit for the final stage through the unit for the intermediate stage. Then, it is taken out from the water chamber of the unit for the final stage.

Of course, if the unit for the first stage and the unit for the final stage are directly connected, the water to be permeated will pass from the excess chamber of the unit for the first stage through the water chamber of this unit to the unit for the final stage. It enters the excess chamber and is taken out of the water chamber with outlet of this unit.
