Abstract

PURPOSE:To form honeycomb-like multi-layered coated tablets by binding and coating particles comprising fertilizer elements and a Ca-based inorganic material with sucrose, an emulsifier and vegetable fats or oils, molding the coated particles into tablets, and subsequently impregnating the tablets with natural resin shellac to prevent water. CONSTITUTION:Fertilizer elements selected from ten large fertilizer elements such as N, P and K and Ca inorganic powder such as CaSO4 are kneaded with each other, formed into coarse granule masses, and subsequently ground with a medicine-preparing grinder, etc. Sucrose, an emusifier such as a fatty acid ester, and water are kneaded, gradually mixed with the ground product used for central particles to form coating films on the surfaces of the particles, sprayed with the alcohol solution of vegetable fats or oils, kneaded, and subsequently formed into granules. The granules are press-molded into tablets with a tableting machine, sprayed and impregnated with the alcohol solution of natural resin shellac to three-dimensionally form waterproof walls, thus providing the honeycomb-like multilayered coated tablets in which the aggregates of the granules comprising central particles coated with the water-proof layers as bee larva-like cores are coated with a natural resin.

2. Description of the Related Art For home gardening, there are inventions for facilitating handling such as recognition of application amount of a transparent ampoule and a water-permeable resin bag (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-2837) for gardening fertilizer. There is also an invention of granulation (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-27512), but it is for agriculture. Since fertilization costs have to be taken into consideration, there is an invention for optimizing the amount and number of times. If the whole amount is applied at one time, it will be absorbed by the crops, and it will be deposited deep in the soil and consume oxygen as a result of alteration to lose the vitality of the soil, so the need for a covering agent for sustained release means that it is not suitable for household use. Keep track of each other. The main component of the coating material is an alkyd resin (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-39037) and a melamine resin (Head 3-464).
30). Also in the fertilizer component,
In place of the conventionally well-known potassium phosphate, there is a composition containing potassium silicate (Japanese Patent Publication No. 14797) as a main component as a slow-release component. A plant growth promoter containing citric acid as a main component (JP-A-4-46104), a water-soluble vitamin K 3 which is a special component.
Activator using sucrose as a derivative (Hirakaihei 4-46103)
There is one. In molded products, multiple layers of berets (Japanese Patent Publication No.
-64085) (implementation is two layers inside and outside). In the granulating agent, the main component is urea (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-4503).
8) Although ordinary talc, clay, gypsum, bentonite, etc. are used as a carrier, a carbonyl such as higher alkane sodium malonate is specified as a binding aid (Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-69302), and a surfactant is used. There are inventions for the purpose of granulation and molding, such as improving the compression granulation property of powder (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-27512) and adding flaxseed oil (Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-43234). What they have in common is
Although it is effective for fertilizer application, it is for large-scale agriculture and not for household use.

In the city of recent times, there is little garden space or high-rise housing, resulting in so-called potted gardening, and there are cases where water moss and plastic pieces are used for the flowers at home without using soil. (1989, potted gardening study group, potted gardening, totaled 34% for each variety, 69% for ornamental plants. The same applies below). On the other hand, the appearance of fertilization is liquid fertilizer added to irrigation (56-70%). Further, in the foliage plants among which the soil is not used, hydroponics is 69%. This means that conventional pesticides applied to soil are unsuitable. The first of the new styles is to submerge it in hydroponic solution,
It is more desirable than liquid fertilizer for several months to keep releasing the fertilizer component without being too thick and without breaking it, and to have the effect of purifying and sterilizing the liquid. The second style is irrigation. This is done with standing water in which the tablets are soaked overnight. This is a reasonable way to prevent the mistakenly too concentrated formulation from the liquid fertilizer stock solution.

[Means for solving the problem] As a fertilizer component, nitrogen,
In addition to the usual three major fertilizers such as phosphorus and potassium (NPK), trace elements are also included in consideration of trace elements. Granules coated with a coating agent are formed so that if the sand is wet, the sand will take shape, and then a small amount of the so-called granules will be collected and pressed into tablets. The size of the granules and tablets, the pressing force, etc. are determined according to the specifications of a commercially available tablet press since they are performed by a conventional method). After molding, the natural resin shellac is infiltrated. As a result, the granules containing the fertilizer component and covered with the caking substance are in the form of caking each other, and are pressed and tableted to become denser. Infiltrate and form a waterproof wall three-dimensionally in the state of a honeycomb. This honeycomb acquisition is the main focus of the present invention.

[Function] As the inorganic powder that becomes the core of the central particle, self-crystallizing calcium sulfate powder is mainly mixed with natural ore powder containing rare elements and an aqueous solution of NPK fertilizer element to crystallize calcium sulfate. The central particles referred to here are the coarse lumps solidified by the intermolecular attraction, which are made into particles by a pharmaceutical grinder. As a step of forming a poorly soluble film on this, sugar, carboxylate and an emulsifier for assisting molding are sufficiently mixed with the central particle powder in the next mixer step. Here, sugar combines with calcium and becomes insoluble (modern theory of chemistry). The emulsifier is soluble in water and alcohol, and together with the molding aid, wets the surface of the inorganic central particles and develops a film. The emulsifier has an affinity with oils and fats in the next step so that the waterproof film can cover the surface of the central particle. After mixing as much as possible, spraying with an alcohol solution of hardened natural fats and oils, which also serves as an adhesive between the finished central particles, the whole becomes a paste. This is granulated through a screen of a granulator to an average diameter of about 0.8 mm. The granules are dried in the form of tablets having a fixed size by a tableting machine that presses the granules in a fixed amount. The mechanical processes up to now are based on the usual pharmaceutical methods. Finally, spray alcohol solution of natural resin for waterproofing and hardening. Alcohol penetrates along the oils and fats between the grains inside the tablet due to its affinity with oils and fats and three-dimensionally completes the waterproof wall. As a result, this tablet is a honeycomb in which a central particle is made up of an aggregate of granules having a sucrose-based waterproof layer and an oil-and-fat-based waterproof layer as a beehive, and a natural resin around the aggregate. When this tablet is dipped in water and used, the natural resin on the outermost wall is destroyed in a few hours, the coating layer of the granule comes into contact with water, and it is submerged from a weak spot, and the fertilizing component of the central particle is sucked out. It It takes an equal amount of time for the coating of the next granule to break, the release is intermittent and the time to the final release is longer. Since the granules are distributed over the entire surface of the tablet, they are randomly released in each part, and there is no pause as a whole tablet or when viewed through a plurality of tablets. In other words, by encapsulating a readily soluble fertilizer component on the surface of an inorganic material, two layers of waterproof membranes with different properties attached with auxiliary agents were pressed and integrated to complete a honeycomb-shaped waterproof wall. The desired tablet was obtained by the manufacturing method.

[Example] As the main particle NPK source of the fertilizer to be encapsulated in the central particles, in addition to ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and potassium dihydrogen phosphate, magnesium sulfate was selected to make an aqueous solution of the same concentration, and the mixed water was used as a carrier. A certain calcium sulfate is kneaded and crystallized in gypsum. At this time, as a trace element source, natural ore powder may be mixed to the required extent. The crystal-hardened coarse mass is put through a pharmaceutical grinder to obtain a powder of about 250 mesh. Separately, select sucrose as a grain coating agent, sucrose fatty acid ester as an emulsifier, and sodium fumarate as a carboxylic acid salt as a molding auxiliary agent, knead with a small amount of water in a mixer, and gradually add the powder to be the central particles carefully. After kneading, spray a hardened vegetable oil as an alcoholic solution, send the resulting kneaded product to the next granulator, and press the granulated granules through the screen in a fixed amount by a tablet machine to obtain a fixed size. Use tablets. Next, in another rotary atomizer, shellac as an alcohol solution is sprayed to penetrate the tablets and dried to obtain a finished product. The official inspection results of this product as a horticultural pesticide are as follows, but the results were excellent, exceeding the standard by 50% or more.
In the observation report, no harmful substances were found without any abnormal symptoms. This inspection is a lock, "Komatsuna"
