Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily connect an electric conductor to an electric conductor connection terminal or detach the electric conductor from the electric conductor connection terminal by enabling the electric conductor connection terminal to be detached freely from a base body part. CONSTITUTION:The electric conductor connection terminal 6 and base body part 2 engages the body part 2 detachably through an engagement claw 6d provided to the terminal 6. At this time, the terminal 6 is engaged detachably with the body part 2 from the arrangement surface of the body part 2 for connection terminals 3a and 5a so that the arrangement side of the electric conductor insertion hole 6a of the terminal 6 is inserted and fitted to a fitting hole 2b. While the terminal 6 is engaged with the body part 2, a conductive pin 51 provided to one terminal plate 13 comes into contact with a contact plate 3b connected directly to a coupling terminal 3a and a conductive pin 51 provided to the other terminal plate 13 comes into contact with a contact plate 5b which is electrically connected to the coupling terminal 5a, so that the electric conductor connection terminal 6 and base body part 2 are electrically connected.

When the electric wire 40 is connected to the electric wire connecting portion 6, the tip of the covering portion of the electric wire 40 is peeled off to expose the core wire, and the core wire is inserted through the electric wire insertion hole 6a. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the core wire 40a is interposed between the locking spring 14 and the terminal plate 13, and the elasticity of the locking spring 14 presses the core wire 40a against the terminal plate 13. Then, the terminal plate 13 and the core wire 40a are brought into electrical contact with each other. At this time, since the locking spring 14 is obliquely hooked to the core wire 40a so as to face the insertion direction of the core wire 40a, even if an attempt is made to remove the core wire 40a from the wire insertion hole, it cannot be easily removed. Further, the electric wire connecting portion 6 is provided with removal holes 6e, 6e for removing the core wire 40a. By inserting and pressing a tool such as a flat-blade screwdriver through the removal hole 6e, the tip of the tool is By pressing the locking spring 14, the locking spring 14 is separated from the core wire 40a, and at that time, the electric wire 40 can be pulled out.

As shown in FIG. 3, the electric wire connecting terminal 6 and the base main body 2 having the above-described structure are attached to and detached from the base main body 2 by the engaging claws 6d, 6d provided on the electric wire connecting terminal 6. It is designed to engage freely. At this time,
The electric wire connecting terminal 6 is inserted so that the side of the electric wire connecting terminal 6 on which the electric wire inserting hole 6a is disposed is inserted and fitted into the fitting hole 2b.
The base main body 2 is detachably engaged with the base main body 2 from the side where the connecting terminals 3a, 5a are provided. In the state where the wire connection terminal 6 is engaged with the base body portion 2, the conductive pins 51, 51 provided on the one terminal plate 13 are connected to the contact plate 3b directly connected to the connecting terminal 3a.
To the conductive pin 5 provided on the other terminal plate 13
1, 51 are contact plates 5 electrically connected to the connection terminals 5a.
The electric wire connection terminal 6 and the base main body 2 are electrically connected by contacting b.

When the sensor base 1 having the above-described structure is mounted and fixed to the mounting surface 20 such as a ceiling surface, first, as in the conventional case, the cables 50, 50 wired behind the mounting surface 20 are The four electric wires 40 of the cables 50, 50 are pulled out from the holes 20a provided in the mounting surface 20.
Through the electric wire insertion port 2b of the sensor base 1. Then, the base body 2 is first fixed to the mounting surface 20 with a screw or the like. After that, the plurality of electric wires 40 are inserted and connected to the electric wire connecting terminal 6 removed from the base main body 2, and the electric wire connecting terminal 6 is engaged with the base main body 2.

In order to connect or disconnect the electric wire 40, an operator often approaches the mounting surface 20 by a stepladder or the like. In the conventional case, however, a sensor is used for connecting or disconnecting the electric wire 40. Unless the base 1 itself is removed from the mounting surface 20, the worker must work facing the mounting surface 20 direction (for example, in the case of the ceiling surface, the upward direction), so the work was very difficult to perform. According to the sensor base 1 of, it is possible to bring the pre-connection terminal 6 close to the hand, and the electric wire connection terminal 6
Since the work of connecting or disconnecting the electric wire 40 to or from the electric wire can be performed near the hand, it is not necessary for the worker to take an unnatural posture, and the work of connecting or removing can be very easily performed.
