【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はスイッチング電源装置に関するものである。従
来、この種のスイッチング電源装置は例えば第1図の回
路図に示す如きものがった。即ち、Q1は駆動用トラン
ジスタ、Q2は逆バイアス用トランジスタ、Q3は主ス
イッチング用トランジスタである、Q1はベースB1に
入力信号を付加し、駆動用電源VBによってQ1をオン
とし、主スイッチング用トランジスタQ3にベース電流
iB1を流してQ3をオン状態とする。又、逆バイアス
電源−VBを設けて、逆バイアス用トランジスタQ2の
ベースB2に入力信号を付加し、Q2をオンすることに
より、Q3に逆ベース電流iB2を流してQ3のオフ状
態へのスイッチング速度を速めるようにしていた。第1
図のスイッチング電源装置ではこのようにして主入力電
源+Vccからの電力をQ3をオンオフ制御して変圧器
Tにより負荷Lに整流器等を介して供給している。従つ
て、従来装置では駆動用電源+VBと逆バイアス用電源
−VBの両方を用意することになり、回路構成上、厄介
となり、又部品点数の増加をきすなどの欠点があった。
本考案は、前記の従来装置の欠点を解消し、回路構成が

1が流れ、主スイッチング用トランジスタQ3もオン
し、コレクタ電流Icが第3図の動作波形図にしめすご
とく流れる。次にQ1がオフし、逆バイアス用トランジ
スタQ2のベースB2への入力信号によりQ2がオンす
るとQ3のコレクタ電流Icは蓄積効果のため流れ続
け、この間Q3のエミッタ、ベース間電圧は短絡状態で
あり小さな値となる。図において、Q3のエミッタ側に
整流ダイオードD1がQ3のエミッタ電流を流す整流方
向に接続されており、D1の順方向電圧VFとQ2のコ
レクタ・エミッタ間電圧VCE2の関係は前記の蓄積時
間中においてVF>VCE2である。従ってQ3のベー
ス・エミッタ間は逆バイアス状態となり、逆ベース電流
iB2がQ2を通して流れる。しかして、Q3の蓄積効
果が消滅すると、逆バイアス状態が解除され、iB2が

が簡単となり、部品点数を減少できる。なお、本考案に
おいて、トランジスタのPNPへの置換、スイッチング
電源装置として通常設ける部品の付加、回路構成上、等
価な変更などは本考案の範囲に含まれるものである。以
上のごとく、本考案は回路構成が簡単で部品点数が少な
い高速化されたスイッチング電源装置を提供するもので
