塩の溶液の中に滴下又は押出す事により飼料を取り込ん
だゲル状凝固物にして動物の飼料とする。ゲル状凝固物
に必要とするアルギン酸ナトリウムは液体の2〜18重
量%である。尚使用する金属塩の溶液はカルシウム塩例
えば塩化カルシウムが好ましい。カルシウム塩を使用す
ればカルシウムがゲル状凝固物の中にアルギン酸カルシ
ウムとして含まれ飼料として動物の体内に吸収されて効

径5mmの穴を数個あけた筒より上記混入した魚粉配合
飼料を塩化カルシウム20%水溶液の中に押出しゲル状
