FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 5 is a heat storage pack formed by heat-sealing two aluminum laminate films A6. A heat storage material 7 such as water salt is sealed. Reference numeral 8 denotes a heater. The heater 8 has a tubing heater wire 10 (hereinafter referred to as a heater wire) wired between two aluminum laminate films B9 having good thermal conductivity, and heat-bonded between the heater wires 10. And the heater wire 1 is provided at a portion in contact with the heat storage pack 5.
0 has four main heat generating parts 11 in which wires are densely wired. Reference numeral 12 is a soaking plate, and this soaking plate 12 is formed by heat-sealing two aluminum laminate films C13 (aluminum layer thickness 50 μ) except for a part thereof, and is an unfused portion. Is used as the holding portion 14, and the fusion bonding portion is used as the heat collecting portion 15. The four heat storage packs 5 corresponding to the main heat generating portion 11 of the heater 8 are adhered to each other by adhesion, and the heater 8 is bent at the center so that the heat storage packs 5 face each other, and the heat storage packs 5 are stacked. ing. The heat collecting portion 15 of the heat equalizing plate 12 is arranged between the upper and lower heat storage packs 5 and the holding portion 14 is arranged at the center of the left and right heat storage packs 5, and the energization of the heater 8 is controlled in the holding portion 14. A temperature controller 16 including a bimetal thermostat is attached. In addition, the heater wire 1 in the center of the main heating portion 11 of the heater 8
An unfused portion 17 is provided between 0, and an overheat preventive device 18 such as a temperature fuse for disconnecting the circuit in the event of an abnormality is attached to the unfused portion 17. In addition, this overheat prevention device 18
Are attached symmetrically at two points as shown in FIG. Further, in FIG. 1, a heat insulating material, a storage bag and the like are omitted.

In the above configuration, the case where the heater 8 is energized (the heat storage material 7 stores heat) will be described. When energized, the heater wire 10 generates heat, and this heat is diffused by the aluminum laminate film B9 and the main heat generating portion 11 has a substantially uniform temperature distribution. Then, the heat of the heater 8 is immediately transferred to the heat storage pack 5, and the heat storage material 7 therein stores heat in the form of sensible heat (solid), latent heat (solid → liquid) and sensible heat (liquid). At that time, the temperature (heat) of the heat storage pack 5 is transmitted to the temperature controller 16 by heat conduction of the heat collecting portion 15 and the holding portion 14 of the heat equalizing plate 12. In this way, the temperature controller 16 constantly detects the temperature of the heat storage pack 5 (heat storage material 7) and controls energization to the heater 8 so as to maintain the temperature at an appropriate temperature (heat storage state). On the other hand, due to the characteristics, the output W of the heater 8 is designed to be large in order to store heat in the shortest possible time. Under normal conditions, the temperature of the heater 8 is the same as that of the heat storage pack 5, and the temperature controller 1
Controlled by 6. In other words, the heat of the heat storage pack 5 is removed by the heat, so that the temperature of the heater 8 is kept low. On the other hand, when the heat is kept locally or the heat storage pack 5
If something goes wrong, such as when the heater comes off, the heater 8
The temperature rises abnormally and becomes dangerous. In this case, in one embodiment of the present invention, the overheat protector 1 is provided in the heater 8.
Since 8 is attached, it is possible to stop the energization of the heater 8 in the event of an abnormality.

Further, in practice, since the heater 8 is provided outside, it is possible to collect heat immediately after energization.

FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the present invention.
In the figure, the point different from the one embodiment is that the heat storage packs 5 are provided on both sides of the heater 8, and according to this configuration,
Since the heat released by the heater 8 is efficiently transferred to the heat storage pack 5, if the amount of the heat storage material 7 is the same as in the above-described embodiment,
It can store heat in a short time.

Although the temperature controller 16 is provided in the center of the left and right heat storage packs 5 in the above embodiment,
It is not limited to this. For example, the temperature controller 1
6 may be provided outside the heat storage pack 5 to enhance heat insulation. Further, although the heater wire 10 having the heater wire 10 therein is used as the heater 8, a sheet heater such as a print heater or a PTC heater may be used. Further, the heater 8 may be provided inside the heat storage pack 5.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the heat storage device of the present invention, the following effects are obtained. In other words, between the heat storage packs sandwiched between the upper and lower two heaters, in other words, the portion with the highest temperature in terms of heat distribution at the time of heat storage completion and capable of detecting the completion of heat storage is created, and the temperature (heat) is equalized Since it is transmitted to the temperature controller by the plate, the temperature controller can always detect the temperature of the heat storage pack and control the energization of the heater. As a result, the heat storage pack is always kept at an appropriate temperature. Also,
Since the overheat protector is attached to the heater and the temperature of the heater itself is detected, the circuit can be cut off in the event of an abnormality to stop energizing the heater.
