Abstract

PURPOSE:To smoothly ignite a lighter and to improve durability life by covering an FeAl alloy or NiCr alloy with Pt or Pt alloy. CONSTITUTION:A rod material containing predetermined amounts of materials NiCr and Fe such as 20% of the NiCr and 10% of the Fe is, for example, inserted into a pipe material made of material Pt, and swaged to a predetermined outer diameter. Further, after it is annealed, it is repeatedly wire drawn and heat treated to form a wire material. A wire material in which the FeAl alloy or NiCr alloy is covered with Pt or Pt alloy is used as a heater wire for a battery type lighter. Thus, a deviated ignition is prevented to stabilize the ignition.

However, since the FeAl type or NiCr type is easily oxidized, it is difficult to ignite a cigarette or the like, or even if it is ignited, it is partially ignited, resulting in an unbalanced fire and deterioration of the material brittleness. Talumi was generated and the durability life was short.

The heater wire for a battery type writer of the present invention constructed as described above has an outer surface coated with Pt or a Pt alloy, so that it can be ignited smoothly without being oxidized. Therefore, it has a long durable life. Further, since the core material is a FeAl-based alloy or a NiCr-based alloy, the conventional spiral workability and strength are exhibited without being impaired.

Although the thickness of the coating is not particularly limited,
If it is less than 0.3 μm, cracks may occur, or the coating may not be completed, so the core material may be exposed or the coating effect may be insufficient, and if it exceeds 10% of the wire diameter, FeAl alloy or The properties of the NiCr alloy may be insufficient, the heat generation effect may be poor, or the cost may be too high. It is decided in consideration of those things. In addition, Mo, W, in order to prevent the diffusion of the core material and the covering material or stabilize the joint strength,
It may be coated with Ni or Cu interposed. Here, the Pt alloy means a PtRh alloy, a Ptlr alloy, or the like and is appropriately selected. Further, the shape of the heater wire is not limited to a round wire, but a square wire is effective for maintaining the strength of the spiral shape.

EXAMPLES Examples of the present invention and conventional examples will be described below. As an example, material Pt, outer diameter φ8.16 mm, inner diameter φ8.
Material of NiCr20% Fe10% outer diameter φ7.9m for 0mm pipe material
Outer diameter of 6.0 m after swaging after charging m
Further, the temperature was set to m and the temperature was set to 950 ° C. for 60 minutes, and the pure heat treatment was performed in the atmosphere. After that, wire drawing and heat treatment are repeated and the outer diameter
The wire rod was 100 μm. At this time, the average thickness of Pt is 3.5μ
It was m. Next, it was processed into a spiral shape with an outer diameter of 0.75 and connected to a battery 3v (cell AA 2 pieces). On the other hand, as a conventional example, a battery having a material of NiCr 20% Fe 10% and a wire material of 100 μm was processed into a spiral shape similar to that of the embodiment, and the battery 3
v (Batteries AA batteries). However, when an attempt was made to ignite a cigarette, two out of ten were ignited unevenly in the conventional example, but in the example, all ten were capable of smooth and stable ignition. Further, in the conventional example, the outer heater wire was oxidized black after being used once, whereas in the example, there was no discoloration due to oxidation.
