Therefore, when a glossy finish is required, the surface of the metal sprayed film must be polished by buffing to give a glossy finish. However, since the adhesion between the metal sprayed film and the wood is not sufficient, there is a problem that the metal sprayed film is peeled off due to frictional force during polishing work, and it is difficult to obtain a glossy surface. Further, since the adhesion of the metal sprayed film is insufficient, the metal sprayed film is easily peeled off even in normal use,
There was a lack of durability.

In this example, the wooden base material 1 has a flat plate shape, but is not limited to this, and a material processed into an arbitrary shape can also be used. The type of the wood base material 1 is not particularly limited, and natural wood moku wood, plywood, decorative plywood and the like are used. As the natural wood, tree species such as beech, oak, agathis, mahogany, sen, and spruce are used, but not limited to these, and generally wood having a small amount of tar component in wood is preferable. .

This synthetic resin film 2 is intended to improve the adhesion between the wood base material 1 and the metal spray coating, and has a thickness of 10 after applying a thermoplastic resin liquid or a thermosetting resin liquid to the wood base material 1 and drying it. ˜100 μm. As the thermoplastic resin liquid, an organic solvent solution or emulsion of acrylic resin, vinyl acetate resin or the like is used. Further, as the thermosetting resin liquid, an uncured resin liquid such as melamine resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, or a resin solution obtained by diluting this with an organic solvent is used. These resin liquids have low viscosity,
It is preferable in terms of penetrability and adhesiveness to the wooden base material 1. In addition, ordinary synthetic resin paints for wood can be used as well.
For the coating, ordinary brush coating, spray coating, dipping or a method using a coater such as a roll coater, a flow coater, or a curtain coater is appropriately adopted. Drying is performed by air drying, forced drying using a heating furnace, an infrared heating device, or the like. When the thermosetting resin liquid is used to form the synthetic resin film 2, it is not necessary to intentionally crosslink and cure it, and it is sufficient to simply dry it.
This can be hardened by the heat of metal spraying in the next step,
In addition, the co-curing with metal spraying is preferable because the adhesion of the metal sprayed film is improved. Since this synthetic resin film 2 is a resin liquid that has penetrated into the base material 1 and solidified, it adheres and adheres well to the wood base material 1 without peeling.

The metal spraying is performed by using an arc spraying device, and is performed by spraying a wire material such as copper, aluminum, or zinc on the synthetic resin film 2 in a molten state at a high speed during the arc. The surface of the metal sprayed film 2 has a slight unevenness and has a matte finish. If the metal is copper, the sprayed film 3 has a red copper color, and if aluminum or zinc is used, a silver-white sprayed film 3 is obtained. can get. The interface between the metal sprayed film 3 and the synthetic resin film 2 is uneven as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 2, and the metal sprayed film 3 and the synthetic resin film 2 are in a state of being interdigitated with each other. ing. This is because, at the time of metal spraying, high-speed metal particles are hit against the synthetic resin film 2, and the particles partially dissolve the synthetic resin film 2 and enter the inside. The metal sprayed film 3 and the synthetic resin film 2 are bonded to each other by such microscopic asperities, and as a result, the adhesion of the metal sprayed film 3 is improved. The thickness of the metal sprayed film 3 is arbitrarily determined according to the application of the metal sprayed wood and the like, but is usually in the range of 100 to 200 μm from the viewpoint of adhesion, economy and the like.

The resin film 2 is firmly adhered to the wood base material 1. Further, since the water content in the wooden base material 1 is blocked by the synthetic resin film 2, the metal resin film 3 is not corroded by this water content. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent cracks and dimensional changes caused by water movement due to a rapid temperature rise during metal spraying.

After grinding with No. 00 abrasive paper, acrylic resin emulsion was applied and dried at 80 ° C. to form a synthetic resin film having a thickness of 50 μm. An aluminum wire was sprayed on this synthetic resin film at a current of 70 to 100 A, a voltage of 28 V, an air pressure of 0.5 MPa, and a spraying distance of 30 cm by using an arc spraying device, and an aluminum sprayed film having a thickness of 100 μm was provided. I got wood.

The residual ratio was 100/100 (n = 20), and nothing was taken by the cellophane adhesive tape, showing extremely excellent adhesion.
