Abstract

PURPOSE:To directly make a watermarking net on a circular net or wire net on the curved surface of a dandy roll and to easily remove only a watermarking mold after use. CONSTITUTION:A printing screen plate 3 is prepared from any master drawing, and on a circular net or in such a state that a wire net is wrapped on the cylinder of a dandy roll 4, a pattern is printed 7 on any site using screen printing ink 5 with such viscosity as not to allow printed drawing lines to flow, and the ink is then sprinkled with a powdery expandable resin 8 followed by melting and expanding the resin through hot air at ca.100 deg.C to set the resin on the wire net, forming a projected pattern. The pattern is melted with hot air at ca.120 deg.C and removed after use.

2. Description of the Related Art The conventional method for producing a scraping net is a method of preparing a scraping die in advance by electroforming or wire and soldering it on a wire mesh, or [JP-A-50-157611 (Title of Invention; As described in "Shape-shaped manufacturing method)", a pattern is formed on a metal mesh with a liquid photosensitive resin, and the resin is cured by ultraviolet rays to form a plow mesh.

In the conventional method, a flat wire mesh is fitted with a plow-up mold and then wound around a net or a dandy roll. However, the workability was poor because the portion to which the plow-up mold was attached was difficult to bend. Further, since the scraper mold is adhered to the wire net by soldering or the like, it is difficult to remove the scraper mold and reuse the wire net. The present invention has been made based on the above circumstances, while the wire mesh is still wound around the cylinder of the net or dandy roll, to produce a plow mold, and when unnecessary, there is no adverse effect on the wire mesh of the net or dandy roll. It is intended to easily remove only the plow mold without giving it.

[Means for Solving the Problems] To the extent that a printing screen does not flow when a screen screen for printing is made from an arbitrary original drawing that is desired to have a rake pattern and a wire net is wound around a cylinder of a cylinder or dandy roll. A pattern is printed at an arbitrary position using a screen printing ink having a viscosity of, and a powdery foamable resin is sprinkled on the ink film to give about 100
The resin is melted and foamed by blowing hot air of ° C and naturally cooled to form a convex pattern on the wire mesh. Further, the resin can be completely removed from the wire netting by melting the plow mold thus produced with hot air of about 120 ° C.

[Example] A positive type plow pattern (1) shown in FIG.
200li with a screen plate making machine shown in Fig. 2 and a screen plate frame (2) [made of vinyl chloride].
A ne / in screen printing plate (3) was prepared. As shown in FIG. 3, the screen printing plate (3) was fixed at an arbitrary position on a wire net or a dandy roll (4), and a colored screen ink (5) was used on the wire net. Printing is performed by the squeegee (6). An appropriate amount of powdery foaming resin (8) is sprinkled on the ink film (7) printed on the wire mesh immediately after printing as shown in FIG. A polyamide resin or the like is used as the foaming resin (8). As shown in FIG. 5, hot air of about 100 ° C. is blown by the hot air generator (9) to melt the foamable resin (8) to melt and foam, and then naturally cooled to prepare a plow mold (10). did.
In addition, after using the scraping net, in order to remove only the scraping mold, as shown in FIG. 6, when the scraping mold is melted with hot air at about 120 ° C., the resin is completely removed from the wire mesh. I was able to. There was no change in the wire mesh.
