本発明は表面に絵柄に同調した凹部を設けることにより
光沢差を与えて視覚的な立体感、ボリューム感を顕現す

は前記散布剤の機能だけで与えられているので、そのた
めには散布剤の粒径を大きくする必要があり、切断性、
施工性等に問題がある。また、意匠的にも単調であり、

て絵柄状の凹部を設けたことを特徴とする化粧材であり
、また裏打紙表面に発泡性樹脂をコーティングし、その
上に発泡抑制インキにより絵柄を印刷した後、該印刷層
の上に耐熱性を有する接着剤をコーティングし、その上
に微粒状の装飾剤を散布し、該散布剤の上にさらに耐熱
性を有する接着剤をコーティングした後、前記発泡性樹
脂層を加熱発泡させて前記絵柄以外の部分を膨出させる

れているので絵柄に同調して立体感、ボリューム感が得

た絵柄層(9))の発泡性樹脂層を発泡させて絵柄状の
凹部(6)を設けた化粧材であり、その製造方法は第2
図、第3図に用いて説明すると、裏打紙(1)表面に発
泡性樹脂層(2)をコーティングし、その上に発泡抑制
インキにより絵柄(3)を印刷した後、該印刷層の上に
耐熱性を有する接着剤(4)をコーティングし、その上
に微粒状の装飾物を散布し、該散布剤(7)の上さらに
耐熱性を有する接着剤(8)をコーティングした後、前
記発泡性樹脂N(2)を加熱発泡させて前記絵柄以外の

、切断性及び出角、入角のおさまりの関係で施工性が優
