<Conventional technology> Conventionally, this type of decorative material has been made by sprinkling silica sand, olivine, pearl beads, polyethylene beads, etc. onto smooth paper, etc. and adhering it. Since the surface of the base material is smooth, the three-dimensional and voluminous appearance of the pattern on the base material is given only by the function of the scattering agent, so in order to achieve this, it is necessary to increase the particle size of the scattering agent.
There are problems with workability, etc. Also, the design is monotonous,
The problem is that we can only do things with little change.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems.
A foamable resin layer is provided on the surface of the backing paper, a pattern layer made of foam-suppressing ink is provided on the foamable resin layer, and a fine-grained decorative layer is provided on top of the pattern layer via an adhesive layer, including the areas without the pattern. It is a decorative material characterized by having a pattern-shaped concave portion formed by foaming the foamable resin layer in the non-patterned part, and the surface of the backing paper is coated with a foamable resin. After printing a pattern with anti-foaming ink, a heat-resistant adhesive is coated on the printed layer, a fine particulate decorative agent is sprinkled on top of the printed layer, and a heat-resistant adhesive is further applied on top of the sprayed agent. This method of producing a decorative material is characterized in that, after coating with the agent, the foamable resin layer is heated and foamed to bulge out a portion other than the pattern.

<Function> The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and since the pattern is formed with foaming-suppressing ink, parts other than the pattern are foamed by heating the foamable resin layer, and the pattern area becomes depressed. Since the fine-grained decorative agent is provided on top of the plastic resin layer, a three-dimensional and voluminous effect can be obtained in sync with the pattern.

First, FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the decorative material according to the present invention, in which a foamable resin layer (2) is provided on the surface of the backing paper (1), and a pattern is pasted onto the foamable resin layer (2). Layer (3) is provided, and a heat-resistant adhesive layer (
4), and a fine-grained decorative layer (5) is provided therebetween, and the foamable resin layer of the area without the pattern (in this case, the pattern layer (9) provided with normal ink) is foamed to form the pattern. It is a decorative material with a shaped recess (6), and its manufacturing method is the second one.
To explain using FIG. coated with a heat-resistant adhesive (4), sprinkled fine granular decorations thereon, further coated with a heat-resistant adhesive (8) on the sprayed agent (7), and then It is characterized in that the foamable resin N(2) is heated and foamed to bulge out areas other than the pattern.
