MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS The metal groove lid of the present invention is
Bending a plate-shaped body provided with a plurality of apertures, at least the lower surface is arranged such that the apertures are arranged to form a corrugated plate member having a constant width, and to match the corrugated pitch of the corrugated plate member, It is characterized in that side edge members formed with comb-shaped projections are fitted to both side edges of the corrugated plate member. Here, the “corrugated plate member” refers to a corrugated plate member having a wavy cross section. The wavy shape means a undulating state, and includes a case where there is a straight line portion (a flat portion in terms of shape) and a case where the whole is in a stepped state.

When the metal plate member is formed into a corrugated plate by roll forming or the like, the mechanical strength is remarkably increased. The corrugated plate member thus formed retains its corrugated shape when the comb-teeth-shaped projections of the side edge members are fitted into the corrugated recesses on both side edges.
At this time, the size of the opening on the upper surface can be freely reduced by bringing adjacent flat strips on the upper surface close to each other and forming an elongated slit-shaped gap when bending into a corrugated shape. On the other hand, when the wave pitch of the corrugated plate member is reduced, the opening ratio on the upper surface increases, and drainage does not deteriorate.
In addition, since the corrugated plate-shaped member has a bellows shape as a whole, when the inner side is narrowed, the corrugated plate-shaped member is easily bent into a fan shape. In this state, when the side edge members are fitted to both side edges and fixed,
The metal groove lid with the desired curve is completed.

The corrugated plate member 1 is obtained by pressing a metal plate made of stainless steel having a thickness of 3 mm into a predetermined plate member 4, and further,
This is formed into a corrugated plate by roll forming. First, by press molding, a metal plate having a constant width B is formed into a plate-shaped body 4 in which elongated holes 41 are opened at regular intervals (FIG. 2). Then, the corrugated plate member 1 having a corrugated pitch P having a sectional shape of a flat strip portion 11 having a width W and a slit-shaped gap 12 having a width T is formed from the plate body 4 by roll molding (FIG. 3). . At this time, the opening 41 is provided with the slit-shaped gap 12
Is located directly below the corrugated plate-shaped member 1. The width T of the slit-shaped gap 12 expands in a taper shape as it goes downward, and conversely, the width W of the flat strip portion 11 is bent in a taper shape (FIG. 3). This is to improve the ability to remove small stones or the like that are sandwiched in the slit-shaped gap 12.

In the present embodiment, the upper side 411 of the long hole related to the opening 41 is cut to a position slightly higher than the lower surface of the corrugated plate-like member 1 to enlarge the opening 41. This is because in addition to improving drainage, even if gravel or the like falls into the slit-shaped gap 12, it immediately passes through the metal groove lid A.

The side edge members 2 and 2 are frames having a U-shaped cross section and are fitted to both side edges of the corrugated plate member 1. The side edge member 2 is also punched into a predetermined shape by press molding and then roll-formed into a U-shape. First, by pressing a stainless steel strip having a thickness of about 3 mm and a constant width, comb-shaped projections 21 and 22 are formed on both side edges of the strip.
Are formed so as to match the wave pitch P, respectively. Here, the phases of the protrusion 21 and the protrusion 22 are shifted by a half pitch. Next, this pressed product is bent into a U-shaped cross section by forming, and the projection 21 and the projection 22 are positioned so as to vertically oppose each other at both ends, and finished (FIG. 1). The protrusion 21 is fitted from above the corrugated plate member 1 so as to fit in the slit-shaped gap 12, and the other protrusion 22 is fitted from below the corrugated plate member 1 into the lower space 111 of the flat strip 11. Take a configuration to match (see Fig. 6)

The metal groove cover A is completed by welding the joints between the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 and the side edge members 2 in places on the upper and lower surfaces of the assembly thus completed. Such metal groove lid A
FIG. 4 shows a state in which is mounted on the gutter M for rainwater. Reference numeral 6 is a groove lid receiving frame, and reference numeral 61 is an anchor. The corrugated plate member 1 having a thickness of 0.4 to 4.5 mm and the side edge member 2 having a thickness of 1.5 to 4.5 mm were prepared. Moreover, the metal groove lid of the same aspect was manufactured by using ordinary steel instead of stainless steel. When ordinary steel was used, after assembly, it was surface electrodeposited and galvanized.

(2) Example 2 In this example, the flat strip portion 11 of the metal groove lid A according to Example 1 is used.
Is provided with strip-shaped irregularities 42 (FIGS. 5 to 7).
This is because the unevenness 42 serves to prevent slippage. The unevenness 42 is formed by press molding together with the opening 41. In the press working process of making the plate-like body 4, the long holes 41 are opened at regular intervals, and at the same time, the anti-slip concavities and convexities 42 are formed between them.

FIGS. 5 and 6 show a metal groove cover A in which the flat strips 11 are each provided with irregularities 42 at regular intervals. Unevenness 4
Except for 2, the corrugated plate-like member 1 and the side edge member 2 have the same shape as the metal groove lid A of the first embodiment. However, the edge member 3 is omitted in this embodiment. FIG. 7 shows the metal groove cover A in which the strip-shaped irregularities 42 are densely arranged at regular intervals. This is to further enhance the anti-slip effect.

(3) Third Embodiment In this embodiment, the corrugated plate member 1 is formed in a cock hat-shaped cross section as shown in FIGS. Slit-like gap 1
Since No. 2 rapidly expands downward, the pebbles and the like sandwiched in such a gap are more easily removed than the metal groove lid A of Examples 1 and 2. Further, in this embodiment, instead of the strip-shaped unevenness 42 of the second embodiment, pinpoint-shaped unevenness 42 is formed.

(4) Fourth Embodiment FIGS. 10 and 11 show another embodiment of the present invention. The corrugated plate member 1 relates to the metal groove cover A used for the arc-shaped side groove E.
Used the same as in Example 2. The inner side is narrowed into a fan shape, the side edge member 2a curved in an arc shape is fitted to the inner peripheral edge of the corrugated plate-shaped member 1, and the side edge curved in an arc shape having a larger radius of curvature is formed on the outer peripheral edge. Member 2b
Is fitted. The number of comb-teeth-shaped protrusions 21 and 22 formed on both side edge members 2a and 2b is the same. Therefore, the pitch formed by the protrusions 21 and 22 is determined by the outer peripheral side edge member 2b.
Is longer than that of the side edge member 2a.

(5) Effects of the Embodiment The metal groove cover A having the above-described embodiment has a repetitive pattern formed by roll forming with little manual work as in the conventional case, and is a groove of a rainwater gutter on a road. When used as a lid, it looked good and had a functional beauty. Moreover, it was light in weight and easy to manufacture. The rainwater flowing into the slit-shaped gap 12 flows downward, flows down from the opening 41, and is discharged into the gutter without difficulty. The slit-shaped gap 12 can be freely set by roll forming, and the opening size on the upper surface of the metal groove lid A can be set as desired. Therefore, depending on the place of use, it is possible to prevent the heel of the heel from entering and prevent the bicycle tire from being fitted. Even if the opening of the slit-shaped gap 12 becomes small, the opening ratio on the upper surface of the metal groove lid A can be kept constant by making the wave pitch P of the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 a little smaller, and the drainage becomes worse. It never happened. Since the width T of the slit-shaped gap 12 spreads downward in a taper shape, pebbles, earth and sand, etc. are less likely to be clogged, and the slit-shaped gap 12 is less likely to be obstructed to drainage. I was able to keep my condition always good.

A load such as a pedestrian or an automobile is applied to the flat strip portion 11. However, since the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 has a corrugated shape and a large section modulus, a load is applied by the passage of the automobile or the like. However, there was little bending or deformation. Here, the side edge members 2 are fitted on both side edges of the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 to form the corrugated plate-shaped member 1.
Since it has the function of retaining the corrugated shape, the deformation does not easily occur even under a large load. Thus, even if a relatively thin metal plate material is used, a product having excellent mechanical strength, durability, lightweight and easy to handle can be manufactured.

Further, there is no need to use electric pressure welding as in the prior art, and such a device is not necessary, and the corrugated plate member 1 and the side edge member 2 should be welded in places. Since the load is not directly applied to this welded portion, even if the weld is peeled off, it will not be damaged during use.
Therefore, the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 and the side edge member 2 do not have to be firmly connected, and fixing means other than welding can be adopted.

In addition, in Examples 2 to 4, the corrugated plate-shaped member 1
Since the unevenness 42 formed on the flat strip 11 increases the coefficient of friction with the surface of the shoes worn by pedestrians, it prevents slippage and prevents accidents such as slipping and falling. Example 4
Since the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 can be bent into a fan shape having a free curvature when the arc-shaped metal groove cover A is manufactured, if both side edge members 2a and 2b are formed in a desired arc-shaped shape, it can be used at a place of use. Conforming products can now be easily manufactured. And, the quality of the finished product is much better than the conventional one which is mainly made by hand. For this reason, it has become possible to easily meet the demand for the production of such a metal groove lid that is excellent in terms of functionality in harmony with the surrounding landscape of buildings and the like. Although not shown, other than the circular arc shape shown in the fourth embodiment, a serpentine shape or any other arbitrary shape can be easily dealt with.

The present invention is not limited to those shown in the above embodiment, but can be variously modified within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and application. For example, the shape, size, material, etc. of the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 and the side edge member 2 can be made preferable depending on the application. In the embodiment, the projections 21 and 22 are formed so that the corrugated plate-like member 1 is sandwiched from the upper and lower sides, but such comb-teeth-like projections 21 may be formed on only one side of the side edge member 2. The reinforcing effect of is obtained. Further, the cross-sectional shape of the side edge member 2 does not necessarily have to be a “U” shape, and the shape of the opening 41 may be a round hole shape, a cutout hole shape or the like instead of the long hole shape. Further, in this embodiment, the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 and the side edge member 2 are manufactured by press molding and roll molding, but the invention is not limited to such a molding method, and general-purpose turret punch presses, panel formers, press brakes, etc. A processing machine or the like may be used. The corrugated plate-like member 1 as shown in FIG. 12 can also be manufactured only by press molding. In addition, as an application, the plate thickness of the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 and the side edge member 2 is increased (plate thickness: 6
It is also possible to use it as a plate (substitute for grating) laid on the road surface on the ground surface in road construction such as subway.
