Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface grid such as grating in which a bar-like member and a holding member can be easily and efficiently connected together, the balance of flexibility and rigidity as a whole can be optionally set, and a curved plane-shaped grid can be easily constituted. SOLUTION: This surface grid has a holding member 2 to be bonded to bar-like members 1 in cross, and the holding member 2 has a curved part 25 formed by curving the part between the adjacent bar-like members 1. An optional balance between flexibility and rigidity is imparted to the whole grid by this curved part 25, and the space between one-side end parts of the bar-like members 1 is differed from the space between the other side parts by contracting or extending the curved part 25 so that a curved plane-shaped grid can be constituted.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a plurality of bar-shaped members are connected and held at predetermined intervals by a holding member in gratings such as groove lids and square lids, grid-like entrance mats, window grids, fences, gates, and other planar grids. It has a structured structure. For example, the grating has a structure in which a rod-shaped member that supports a load, that is, a bearing bar, is connected to each other at a predetermined interval by a holding member, that is, a crossbar. However, the crossbar is an essentially rigid member. The entire grating has an essentially rigid structure with great rigidity.

[0003] Recently, the drainage grooves and the like are not limited to straight lines but may be curved or other shapes. In such a case, a special grating corresponding to the shape of the drainage grooves is used as described above. Must be manufactured. However, as described above, in the conventional grating, since the crossbar is a member having high rigidity, molding it into a predetermined curved shape requires many steps, and the manufacturing is inefficient.

[0004] Further, in the case of curved cre- ting, it is necessary that the interval between the ends of the rod-shaped members is wide at one end outside the curve and narrow at the other end inside the curve. For this reason, in the outer and inner crossbars, the distance between the joints with the bearing bar must be different,
Manufacturing was cumbersome. For this reason, special order products such as gratings having such a curved planar shape are extremely troublesome to manufacture, and the manufacturing cost is greatly increased.

Further, the conventional grating has a large rigidity as a whole. However, the grating laying surface of the actually installed drainage ditch is not necessarily flat, and also has considerably large irregularities, etc. When the vehicle passes, there is a problem that noise is generated. The above-mentioned problems are not limited to gratings such as drain covers, and other window grids,
It is also a problem commonly encountered with planar grids such as fences and gates.

Therefore, the structure is simple and
Since the curved portion of the holding member is easily curved, the planar lattice can provide a certain degree of flexibility as a whole.
Therefore, even if there is an error in the laying surface or mounting surface,
The entire lattice is deformed to some extent and completely adheres to or corresponds to the laying surface or the shape of the mounting portion according to the shape of the laying surface or the mounting portion, and can be laid or mounted stably.

Further, since the curved portion of the holding member is easily deformed, it is easy to increase or decrease the curvature of the curved portion. Therefore, by squashing this curved portion so as to be more curved, or by stretching it, the interval between the one end portion and the other end portion of the rod-shaped member can be made different, and a curved planar lattice can be easily formed. Can be manufactured.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the holding member has a strip shape, and a width direction thereof is arranged along a longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped member. Therefore, the flexibility of the holding member is directional, and in a plane along the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped member, that is, in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the planar lattice, the lattice has great flexibility,
It is less flexible and more rigid in other directions. Therefore, in the case of horizontal laying such as grating, it is deformed and adhered to the laying surface in accordance with the error and unevenness of the laying surface, and can be laid stably without rattling.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the holding member has a strip shape, and a width direction thereof is arranged perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped member.
Therefore, the holding member has high flexibility in a plane along the longitudinal direction of the rod-shaped member, but has low flexibility and high rigidity in other directions. Therefore, flexibility is small in the direction orthogonal to the plane direction of the planar lattice, and a certain degree of rigidity as the planar lattice can be provided.

In this embodiment, since the curved portion 25 is formed in the holding member 2, it is easy to bend at this portion, and the grating of this embodiment is somewhat flexible in the vertical direction, that is, the direction perpendicular to the plane direction. There is flexibility. Therefore, even if there is some unevenness in the laying place such as the drainage groove, the entire grating is closely adhered to the shape of the laying surface, so that rattling does not occur.

FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. This is the same as the first embodiment described above, except that the strip-shaped holding member 2 is arranged so that the width direction thereof is along the vertical plane. And this holding member 2
Corresponding to the arrangement, a fitting slit portion 15a is formed in the side surface portion 12 of the rod-shaped member 1 along the up-down direction, and the lower end thereof is opened to the lower edge of the side surface portion 12.
A pair of locking projections 17 are formed at lower end portions of 5a, respectively. The configuration other than the above point is the same as that of the first embodiment.
The same reference numerals are given to portions corresponding to those of the first embodiment in FIG. 5, and the description thereof will be omitted.

In this embodiment, the operation and effect are the same as those of the first embodiment, but the strip-shaped holding member 2 is arranged so that the width direction thereof is along the vertical plane. Therefore, when a load in the horizontal direction acts on the upper surface of the rod-shaped member 1 and a load such that the rod-shaped member 1 falls down is applied, a load acts to bend the holding member 2 in its width direction. . However, this strip-shaped holding member 2
Since it exerts a large rigidity against a load in such a direction, it is structurally strong, and the grating of the second embodiment is generally planar in comparison with the grating of the first embodiment. The rigidity in the plane direction as a lattice is increased.

The holding member is not necessarily limited to a strip-shaped member, but may be a bar-shaped member or any other member having the flexibility and rigidity required for the entire planar lattice. In consideration of balance, the cross-sectional shape of the holding member, the direction of bending of the bending portion, the curvature thereof, and the like can be arbitrarily set.
Further, the shape and structure of the rod-shaped member are not necessarily limited to those of the above-described embodiment. Further, the present invention is not limited to gratings, and it is needless to say that the present invention can be generally applied to planar lattices such as window lattices, lattice floor members, fences and gates.
