An accident occurred in which a pedestrian walked and fell while sandwiching the heel of the heel into the lattice groove 92 of the grating G, or when the bicycle was trying to pass by a bicycle, the pedestrian fell into the lattice groove 92 and fell. Therefore,
In order to improve the above-mentioned inconvenience, grating groove 92 of grating G
There was an attempt to reduce. However, not only the weight per unit laying area becomes heavy, but also the bad point, the manual work, the increase of the manufacturing cost due to the increase of the material, the inconvenience of the handling and the like are caused. On the other hand, in recent years, in order to create a comfortable urban space, rainwater drains, etc., installed at the entrance to buildings,
We started to make a gentle curve as a whole and to devise measures to harmonize with the building. However, it has been difficult to manufacture conventional gratings, and it is a custom-made product, resulting in a significant cost increase.

The corrugated plate member thus formed retains its corrugated shape when the comb-teeth-shaped projections of the side edge members are fitted into the corrugated recesses on both side edges.
At this time, the size of the opening on the upper surface can be freely reduced by bringing adjacent flat strips on the upper surface close to each other and forming an elongated slit-shaped gap when bending into a corrugated shape. On the other hand, when the wave pitch of the corrugated plate member is reduced, the opening ratio on the upper surface increases, and drainage does not deteriorate.
In addition, since the corrugated plate-shaped member has a bellows shape as a whole, when the inner side is narrowed, the corrugated plate-shaped member is easily bent into a fan shape. In this state, when the side edge members are fitted to both side edges and fixed,
The metal groove lid with the desired curve is completed.

A linear convex portion 42 is provided on the (FIGS. 5 to 7).
This is because the convex portion 42 has a function of preventing slippage. The convex portion 42 is formed by press molding together with the opening 41. In the press working process of making the plate-like body 4, the long holes 41 are opened at regular intervals, and at the same time, the anti-slip convex portions 42 are formed and arranged therebetween.

Used the same as in Example 2. The inner side is narrowed into a fan shape, the side edge member 2a curved in an arc shape is fitted to the inner peripheral edge of the corrugated plate-shaped member 1, and the side edge curved in an arc shape having a larger radius of curvature is formed on the outer peripheral edge. Member 2b
Is fitted. The number of comb-teeth-shaped protrusions 21 and 22 formed on both side edge members 2a and 2b is the same. Therefore, the pitch formed by the protrusions 21 and 22 is determined by the outer peripheral side edge member 2b.

When used as a lid, it looked good and had a functional beauty. Moreover, it was light in weight and easy to manufacture. The rainwater flowing into the slit-shaped gap 12 flows downward, flows down from the opening 41, and is discharged into the gutter without difficulty. The slit-shaped gap 12 can be freely set by roll forming, and the opening size on the upper surface of the metal groove lid A can be set as desired. Therefore, depending on the place of use, it is possible to prevent the heel of the heel from entering and prevent the bicycle tire from being fitted. Even if the opening of the slit-shaped gap 12 becomes small, the opening ratio on the upper surface of the metal groove lid A can be kept constant by making the wave pitch P of the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 a little smaller, and the drainage becomes worse. It never happened. Since the width T of the slit-shaped gap 12 is widened downward, it is unlikely that pebbles, earth and sand, etc. will be clogged, and the slit-shaped gap 12 is less likely to be blocked and obstruct drainage. I was able to keep it good.

を有し、軽量で扱い易い製品を製作し得た。A load such as a pedestrian or an automobile is applied to the flat strip portion 11. However, since the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 has a corrugated shape and a large section modulus, a load is applied by the passage of the automobile or the like. However, there was little bending or deformation. In addition , the side edge members 2 project on both side edges of the corrugated plate member 1 in accordance with the wave pitch.
Since the raised portions 21 and 22 are fitted into each other so as to mesh with each other and have the function of retaining the corrugated shape of the corrugated plate-shaped member 1, deformation is unlikely to occur even under a large load. Thus, even if a relatively thin metal plate material is used, a product having excellent mechanical strength, durability, lightweight and easy to handle can be manufactured.

Since the load is not directly applied to this welded portion, even if the weld is peeled off, it will not be damaged during use.
Therefore, the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 and the side edge member 2 do not have to be firmly connected, and fixing means other than welding can be adopted.

I was able to prevent a fall accident. In addition, in Example 4, since the corrugated plate-shaped member 1 can be bent into a fan shape having a free curvature when the arc-shaped metal groove cover A is manufactured, both side edge members 2a,
If only 2b is formed in a desired arc shape, a product suitable for the place of use can be easily manufactured. And, the quality of the finished product is much better than the conventional one which is mainly made by hand. For this reason, it has become possible to easily meet the demand for the production of such a metal groove lid that is excellent in terms of functionality in harmony with the surrounding landscape of buildings and the like. still,
Although not shown, other than the circular arc shape shown in the fourth embodiment, it was possible to easily cope with a meandering shape and other arbitrary shapes.
