【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 エアバッグの略長方形状のガス吹込み口
を、インフレータを内部に収納保持するエアバッグケー
スの開口部に固定せしめたエアバッグ装置において、エ
アバッグを上記ガス吹込み口を中心に平に広げると共
に、上記吹込み口の左右の側辺延長線から横に出る部分
を折り畳み重ねて、エアバッグを上記吹込み口の幅と略
同幅の帯状体に形成し、この帯状体のエアバッグ下部側
をロール状に巻回する一方、帯状体のエアバッグ上部側
を蛇腹状に折り畳み、このエアバッグを上記エアバッグ
ケース内に収納せしめたことを特徴とする助手席用エア
バッグ装置。
1.
